Lucky's — Restaurant in Enterprise

The service is always the worst! I notice the glasses will always remain empty no matter what! I actually made a game of it and started counting how long I had to wait on service here. It’s always the same bartender that this happens with. And it doesn’t matter if the place is empty or if it’s busy she is always not paying attention to her customers. The last straw was when I went in a couple of weeks ago and it was empty on a Monday night football day. She was chatting with her co workers and then on a personal call and would not ask my gf and I if we wanted a more drinks.Finally I waved her over and asked for the check & I was going to let it go but she asked why we haven’t been staying as long as we used to. So I told her the truth: I said “your service is terrible “. She immediately tried to comp my entire tab to which I declined!! I paid for my 2 drinks and left no tip! The server, The Hawaiian Lady is always fast and tentative . I will have the decency not to name the bartender but if management would like to know you can message me. I tried calling 2 times in the past two weeks and no one answers. This happened multiple times and only with the same bartender. I have visited many times and this never happens with any of the other staff. It’s a shame because I see this affects so many...

absolutely love coming here! Beyond always winning here (they truly live up to the “luckys” name) Ashley is a gem who makes me feel extremely safe and appreciated as a guest. Out of all of the bars i’ve been to in this town, this is one of the few i feel safe coming to by myself as a young woman solely because of Ashley. She’s the type of bartender that is rare to find in this town. If you’re having a bad day she can sense it immediately and will cheer you up with her dad jokes and listen to all of your problems and give you some solid advice all while providing prompt and AMAZING service to those around her. It’s actually insane how well she multitasks while keeping conversation going. If she ever senses that you feel uncomfortable or notices someone speaking to you in an inappropriate way she is VERY quick to drop what she’s doing and shut it down immediately and check on you and that’s something i GREATLY appreciate. I ordered food to my hotel room, as they said they delivered on the phone and on the flyer that they were able to stick under my door but were not able to deliver to my room. The food is absolutely disgusting. I'm not even sure if it is chicken in my chicken parmesan, the burger was so wet and soggy that I couldn't even pick it up. The burger was pink inside and hard on the outside, I'm not even sure how that's possible. The wings had no sauce, pink inside, requested well done and the blue cheese poured out like water. When I called and told them how upset I was they told me their manager wasn't there and they did not know when he might be back, they just work there for money.
