Skimos Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Enterprise

I was so excited to come here after seeing some of the videos and pictures of their food and coffee. When walking in, there was a girl behind the counter that kind of nodded their head towards us, no getting whatsoever. I placed an order online and got no direction on where to pick it up and no name called when it was ready. So far, the customer service was not the greatest but I'm hoping I just caught them on a bad day because I've heard it's been better.

The food...I was left sad and hungry after eating my chicken Caesar wrap. It was possibly 3 leaves of romaine and maybe 1/8 of a chicken breast inside the tortilla. I was practically able to treat the wrap like a taquito because it was so small. For the price paid, I was disappointed and still very hungry.

But, a plus is the coffee is delicious. This is a coffee shop so I gave a higher rating since the coffee is indeed the star of my whole experience. I'm hoping to try again and update my review. Perhaps I'll try to get something other than a...

From the moment I walked into this coffee shop, I could tell it was something special. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee filling the air. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely seem to love what they do, their energy makes the whole experience even better.

I used to go to their other location when I lived in Henderson. they always had phenomenal service and great offerings. Moved over to this side of town about 8 months ago and have been searching for a quaint coffee shop to daydream and finish up some work in the area. Not much else around here and was so excited that this amazing family owned business expanded out this way!. It's a great spot and seems almost hidden since the rest of the strip mall is few and far between on open businesses.
