My friend and I had originally wanted to get something else. I thought he was still in the Henderson area so I had looked for a spot there since it was along the way to California. I found this spot and the pictures looked amazing. It was a higher end restaurant so my expectations were through the roof. Waygu viet style hotpot? Heck yes! We met up there and the place looked relatively empty. No matter, some of the best places are like that. We had walked through the wrong door apparently because at first we walked through a pho restaurant (though I’m sure it’s the same owner, even though the waitresses say it’s two separate businesses) Tables were rather small so our food came out bit by bit since it wouldn’t fit otherwise. I think I had such high expectations that I was partially let down by the quality of the appetizers. When the broth came, it took a while to heat up but it was time to start mixing veggies and the meats. The meats didn’t seem to be as high quality wagyu as I originally thought? Still tasted good, especially mixed in with the broth. Veggies were fresh enough? The portions felt rather small compared to what we paid for. Regardless the service made it better! They had a robot bring it to us! We ended up paying about $50 per person.. it felt high since we were both still hungry and still wanted more meat to eat. Regardless, the broth tasted fantastic and mixed well with the others. Star down for small portions, and slightly above average quality of food. Broth was to die for though! The owner was very kind and pretty :3

Cool concept in theory. Ordered the Waygu Flat Iron & Eggs, which arrived WELL over done. I tried to eat through a piece before asking the very kind waitress to replace the burnt pieces of chuck meat. She went back to the cook who refused to swap out the steak chunks. End of the night, I spent $25 on a plate of food where I ate 1 egg and a small slice of meat. Would not recommend as there are far better places in the greater Vegas area dedicated to providing quality food & customer service. Edited response to the owner: Two things. 1) This was not 70% eaten. I ate the egg yoke and TWO BITES before requesting this to be remedied. Even asked for just the pieces remaining on the plate to be remade, for sake of fairness. Your crew refused to provide satisfactory service, and for that I’m disappointed. 2) This is clearly not real Waygu for several reasons, which you’ve identified in your comment. True Waygu would not be $25 to your point, nor could you operate a business charging $25 a place for authentic meat portions of 3X what has been portrayed in this photo.

Nice for something a little different. Tasty and friendly (and a bit nostalgic for me). In Vegas for a gym meet and wanted to get away from the strip crowds a bit. Happened upon this spot across from Southpoint (after giving up on the buffet there (like a 100 person line!). The food was solid. I had the wagyu chuck roll with pho while the kiddo had wagyu brisket with miso. Both were very solid. If you like a more tender (melt-ish) texture, the brisket works nicely. The chuck is little more familiar in terms of beef texture. Don’t forget the egg is sauce, not for cooking. Service was pleasant and earnest, but definitely a but understaffed and slow. Effort and niceness points for sure though. The restaurant was a little tired, but was fine in general. Overall, I thought it was a good meal and a nice way do something a little different.

I could not believe the poor service we got!!! We ordered our food and waited over 20 minutes and watched servers pass our table numerous of time without acknowledging us. Then they brought our broth and never came back. The broth boiled for so long until I said something. They apologized and rushed the rest of our food to us. After that my mom and sister in law was coming to join us. I ordered another broth 15 minutes before they came. My mom and sister in law and sat down for another 15 mins and still their food NEVER came out.

All the servers ran around like crazy because it was a busy night. That's exactly what they did RAN AROUND in circles. I can tell management has no management skills and NO ONE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING! The manager and staffs needs more proper training.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. I HOPE THEY IMPROVE THEIR SERVICES. This restaurant has the potential to be great but they will fail if they continue this kind of services.

The food is good but the service made my experience horrible and ultimately made me deeply dissatisfied with this restaurant.

Responding to their message:

Screaming and yelling... wow!!! that's not true. I brought this to your attention so it can get resolved but yet you still didn't fix anything. You left my table waiting and waiting. You try to sugar coat the situation by giving my kids some smoothie. Don't act like you did us a favor by giving the kids some smoothie. Truth is you were not prepared for the grand opening. You were not professional at all. You couldn't even manage your servers. They were so stressed out and running around in circles. Some of them even told me it was their first day that day and they had no clue what they were supposed to be doing because you didn't give them any training.

Yes I know it's not fast food. That's why we went to your restaurant. It shouldn't take long for you guys to bring vegetables in a bowl to a table. All your food is technically prep already. Customers cook the food at their table.

Your respond shows me you lack...

3.5 STARS due to the wait.

This place is getting very popular and with that being said, they need to HIRE more people. This is my second time here. I felt sorry for the only waiter that was available and it's astonishing how she still had such a great personality.

I took my girlfriends there to celebrate a birthday and was really hoping they'd love the place a much a I do but unfortunately the wait for everything was unbearable.

We had reservations at 1:00 pm and did not get our hotpot to cook until 2:00 pm. Luckily the girls and I had many things to discuss to pass by the time but can't use that as an excuse.

This is NOT AYCE but ordering is very easy and understandable. .

STEP 1: Choose the broth (I think Tom Yum is the most tastiest) STEP 2: Choose the proteins. These are seriously high quality meats. You can really tell with all the marbling. We got the 8oz Wagyu Chuck Roll AND 8oz Wagyu Brisket. FYI: You can order additional side of 8oz for 1/2 the cost. STEP 3: (optional for $7) Choose shrimp or beef paste (THIS IS A MUST)

These dishes come with veggies (Napa, onion, mushroom, egg etc.) but you can order more.

I really enjoy doing hotpot as it is a great conversational dinner. Cook and Talk. lol

I just wish they either expand the size of their place or...
