This was a fail for me. Being from Seattle, the food here is mostly spectacular but it's hard to find good fish and chips, teriyaki and pho. After being here for nearly three years now, I've mostly transitioned to ramen but sometimes I need some pho. I guess it's a heritage thing. To be fair, there's more bad pho in Seattle than good but there's just so much of it, you're still left with a lot of choices. Here, I've found only two places I like. One changed owners and the recipe changed with them. The new stuff is so salty, you shouldn't eat there if you have blood pressure concerns or have ever had good pho. The other was the Pho Saigon 8 that used to be on Rainbow and 215. That place was on par with Seattle pho even though it literally, no exaggeration, cost twice as much per bowl there. I didn't eat there a lot because the price was annoying and not justifiable but it was there when I had an itch that ramen couldn't scratch for me.
That location is now rolled up but I knew there were more locations of that brand so one afternoon when I was feeling cruddy and needed my long-time cure, I drove literally three times as far as I used to drive to the old location to pay twice as much as I paid for the really good stuff back home and was handed stuff that was about half the quality and flavor of even their own closed location. I guess the search...

Went here and wanted my spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce. But then it comes out and they give me a different sauce and I ask for sweet and sour and they don’t have it, but told me to eat it with the sauce they have lol wow. They couldn’t tell me that before i order it, but I made them take it off. They also allowed take out orders to go out without mentioning that either. Idk about anyone else, but I would be mad coming home to not have what I was craving. Good thing I usually check the bag before I leave.
Guy coughing in the kitchen with no mask while making everyone’s food. Virus or not i don’t want people coughing on my food like it’s nothing.
Everyone walking around without masks.
They gave a wrong order to someone and said it wasn’t their fault, lol. Everyone could hear it as she was arguing with customer over the phone.
I usually don’t write reviews, but this place deserves one. Either go to a different location or a different Pho Spot.
As you can see by the response of the owner, he too is lost on the proper way you provide good customer service. Thank you for electing to not provide me service, service was non existent...
Read moreThis is literally the WORST PLACE IN LAS VEGAS FOR PHO!!! When it first opened it was similar to other Pho Saigon 8 locations. Now it's literally the worst place I have ever ordered from. My last order was completely messed up, so I thought I'd give it ONE MORE CHANCE. I ordered egg rolls both times and they gave me spring rolls both times. I'd never order spring rolls, I know the difference, I grew up in Hawaii on Asian quisine, and even if I did order them, these are the worst spring rolls in history. It's 85% lettuce, and 10% noodles, 5% shrimp. 2 rolls $7.49!!! What the hell!!! The spring rolls are atrocious, not to mention not what I ordered!!!! Then I got LEMONS, not limes with my pho, and 3 slices of Jalapenos. The noodles are just opened out of the bag, and not cooked even half way... I don't know what's going on there, but it's absolutely terrible. I'll never order there out of convenience again. I'd sooner Go to Pho King, which is AMAZING. It's infinity times better. You'll love Pho King. I'm so angry that I have had the exact same experience twice. Avoid this rip off place...
