Solid Rock Cafe — Restaurant in Ephraim

I loved my visit to the Solid Rock Cafe. The guy who took my order was very helpful and didn't shy away when I asked for his recommendation. I ordered a caramel frappe and a chocolate muffin, both were delicious. I am not the biggest fan of coffee, but I like the frappes at McDonalds, so this frappe was similar so I still enjoyed it, but far more refined and with a hint more coffee. The muffin was warm and rich and they stick an extra pat of butter in the top so it is just to die for when you eat it. Solid Rock has very nice and original decor, and it's close to campus so I can start pretending I'm in "Friends" while still being on time for class. The only way this establishment could improve is if they had free wifi. They also host an open mic on Thursday nights so definitely check that out. One of my favorite places of all time! I’ve been a Sanpete local my whole life. My family are all Sanpete county natives and this is the best spot in the whole area! It’s a safe haven for the whole valley. If you want a cozy ambiance, friendly people, and a quality cup of coffee this is the place! They have Christian values and service along with great coffee food and entertainment. From open mic night to an impressive Bible museum you won’t regret a visit! The solid rock cafe is the best part of this town and a haven away from the small town culture. The food is filling and delicious, with fun quirky names. The coffee is smooth and dark, pared with wonderful flavors Hyun by really really nice baristas. I could sit and talk for hours, or find a corner and read or study. If you get the chance, ask someone who is working about the archeology in the cabinets. There’s some cool stories!
