Another incompetent CrapDonald joint. After this I will never eat at another CrapDonald again. The burger I ordered at this place was supposed to be a decent size with a freshly made burger patty, vegetables, a handsome amount of guacamole on it and salsa. What I got was an ugly pre-frozen (mass-produced) patty the diameter of a tennis ball between 2 tiny buns. The only vegetable was a small leaf of lettuce. Tried to find how much guacamole they added and barely saw anything there. Just one tiny drop, probably a tenth of an ounce. Same goes for salsa -one tiny drop. Did you see the photos advertising their burgers? Oh, they look so beautiful, big, juicy, healthy with lots of vegetables. You think you'd eat half of eat and save the other half for later. Not even close. You'll be getting a small, plain, tennis ball size burger made of a dry pre-frozen patty. So, for a 50-cent patty, and a 20-cent bun I had to pay $6. What is this? Capitalism at its worst? Those people who come and eat here regularly are idiots. Can't you make your own burger at home and save $5 of your hard-earned money instead of paying these greedy shysters? Wake up, America. It's time for you people to understand that the CrapDonalds joints spread everywhere are not there to make your life easier but rather drain your wallet, feed you with garbage and leave you feeling miserable. After all, who are the locals who eat at this joint? Idiots who either can't cook at home or don't have the intelligence to understand that they pay $6 for a 70-cent burger made with a pre-fabricated, pre-frozen patty that is no doubt made out of leftover low quality meat. Be smart people, these junk food joints need to be boycotted and run out of business. Don't be sucked in! Be smart. Let them eat their own tiny burgers at the end of the day. Those who left positive reviews for this joint are not a smart crowd. You need to make changes in your life and start eating healthy and skip the mcdonald...
Read moreAVOID THIS MCDONALD'S!!! THERES A WENDYS AND A BURGER KING LESS THAN A HALF MILE IN EITHER DIRECTION!!! Even if you don't like Burger King or Wendy's, you'll still be happier than this particular McDonald's.
Drive thru a before lunch, one other car ahead of me to order, two more in line for their food, took about 25 minutes to get my food. Finally got my food, and it was dead cold. Not just "under the heat lamps cold" or "room temperature" cold, but cold like it came out of a refrigerator. The fries were not much better; outside was "warm" like a heat lamp, but inside, and only the top bit of the cup, were like warm. A bit stale, and cold.
As soon as I got my bag, I checked to make sure the order was right, and felt that the burgers were dead cold. I said, not impolitely, "these are dead cold... But I can't wait another twenty minutes, I have to go." The lady whined (I'm not trying to be rude, it was honestly the most pitiful whine I've heard from a manager to a customer) "they just came off the grill!" But I didn't have time to wait for "fresh" food. Buns tasted stale like they'd been left out for a few hours, and were cold like a refrigerator, same with the cheese.
The Dr. Pepper was fine. The only thing in my order that was SUPPOSED to be cold!
Legitimately, now that Wendy's are plentiful around here, I gotta stop going to any McDonald's. The quality is totally gone and the prices are higher than Wendy's. Even chicken nuggets are just plain gross now.
I've been living or working in the area of this McDonald's for almost twenty years, off and on. Every six months to a year I'll forget how bad this location is, stop in, and the wait immediately reminds me, but by that point I'm committed, and hopeful that they've worked themselves out, but am left embarrassed every time....
Read moreLOBBY CLOSED - Horrible experience, went from bad to worse! A weekend ago we visited this restaurant and the lobby service was terrible, or more accurately didn't exist. We had ordered ahead with the mobile app but waited about 20 minutes to get our food, after we arrived. Many upset customers were also standing around waiting with similar complaints; long wait time, mixed up orders and missing items. When we finally sat down with no tray and everything bagged to go, even though it was ordered 'dine in', I found there was no salt. I looked around in the self-help area and none to be found anywhere! I could not even find the napkins. At least we didn't take it to go as one older gentleman explained to me, also waiting, said "many times he gets all the way home and finds he's missing something." Fortunately he said he doesn't live far and comes back. Now that service was bad but it just got worse. We returned this weekend and had ordered just as before. There were a lot of cars lined up in the dive through lanes and I was glad we choose to pick up and eat in the lobby especially as it was so hot out! After parking we found the lobby doors locked so they closed the lobby completely!! So now there is no option at this location to eat in or use the restaurant facility. There is no way to wash your hands or use a bathroom. Everything is drive through and to go even though the mobile app allows a lobby and dine in selection. You would be better off going to Burger King, they have...
