Pizza is good but not great. Certainly not Greek style

So I’m changing my review from 3 stars to two stars I’ve been going here for 4 years but have noticed since Covid the food and service has gone down hill. I have a large family so when I order we spend with tip anywhere from $60 to over $100. I have stopped going for sometime but decided to give it another try. I ordered two large pizzas and the sauce has really gotten too sweet for my liking and the crust isn’t very good even the teens were complaining about the flavor and crust. I also ordered a Hamburg sub well done with fries. Didn’t get the fries and the Hamburg was rear. I have pictures to prove it. I couldn’t go back because I pre ordered it and paid for it because I was going out to dinner with the husband and the kids picked it up. The owners are nice people and I do like them but the quality of food has become not so desirable and who ever is cooking the food needs to pay better attention to what they’re doing. I don’t know if I’m going back and hope the owners can handle and pay attention to a bit of criticism and improve from the complaints of their good paying customers. Also we’ve ordered Italian subs with hardly any meat on them all bread with wilted lettuce. Ordered dry and it came very soggy . It’s been a disappointment time and time again. I use to eat here all the time when I was younger and decided to stop by at about 8:40 PM to order a pizza. When i went in the man behind the counter told me that they'd turned everything off already even though they don't close fo another 20 minutes. Apparently they're making so much money here that they're closing early. No need to frequent this business because they're doing fantastic already. I won't be back.

Response to Owner - You're also a liar apparently. I watched you walk out of the store a few minutes after I left and get in your car and drive away at 8:45. Everything was already off and closed up prior to me showing up at 8:40. My guess is that you would have refused to make my pizza at 8:30, maybe even 8:20. If you arent't going to stay open until the time posted on the door, change the closing time on the door. You have this ability, since you are the owner. I had lived in Epsom for 35 years down sized and off to Pembroke I can tell you this I eat more subs from all over New England I stoped July 5 at 5 pm and I thought I was in a different restaurant that I have used for 35 year the place was immaculate nothing out of place the floors with the cleanest I’ve ever seen I ordered a large Italian loaded to go got Home and notes way I Said to my wife boy that place I have never seen it that clean back home I ate that sub and said omg this sub is the best I have ever in my 74 years I had to call them ant tell them it was the best Italian I have ever had loaded with meat and veggies omg they said their dad bought the. Bussiness I said you tell him I said he’s got the best Italian in the state so thank you for you service and making that sub A+++++ I’ll drive the ten miles to keep coming back.
