The Common Man Roadside - Epsom — Restaurant in Epsom

My sincere apologies to all of the staff in the kitchen. I placed my order today at 8:34pm because it said online that we could order until 9pm. But when I got there at 9pm to pick up my food, I stood at the counter for a bit before even being acknowledged by the woman who kept walking back and forth. The other staff by the grill were talking loudly about how you don't order food and pick it up at 9:02pm, while cleaning the grill. I assume that the banana pepper stem that was in my chopped Italian wrap was a spiteful "mistake" for my time of order. On that note, the chopped Italian wrap had very little meat in it and a ton of veggies and cost me $12 before tax. Maybe if the staff are looking to leave at 9pm then orders shouldn't be taken until 9pm. Just a thought, but they won't have to worry about me ordering again. For a place called the "common man" you would think it would be affordable or at least a value for...

Edit - I have emailed the Common Man last week and still haven’t heard anything back about this.

My husband picked me up a large hot chai latte. He brought it home for me and half the tea was gone. He also didn’t ask for whipped cream and the label said that on it. The staff gave him someone else’s drink. He said they didn’t ask his name for the order.

I have gotten chai lattes from here before and this is the first time this has happened. Incredibly disappointing considering how expensive the drinks are.

Edit - I have enjoyed the chai lattes in the past. They are a little sweet but not overly so. If I am in the mood for one and am in the area, I will stop by and pick one up. Again, this hasn’t happened before to me so it was a disappointment but the spiced chai is very tasty...

The good: My cheesesteak was very good. As good as any Philly restaurant would serve. I'll buy it again. The bad: (1) There is no phone number to call for take out on this Google map page or on you own web page. For a take-out place that is strange. (2) Since I couldn't call ahead, I drove to Epsom Circle and waited at the drive-up speaker to order. Waited for 4 minutes. No one asked for my order. So I drove to the window. No one there. So I went in and ordered at the counter. I told the cashier and she said that the drive-up closed at 4:00pm. Hmm. Doesn't say that in the marketing materials. No sign at the drive up window saying "Closed." Finally, the printed take out brochure has no prices! Seems very disorganized to me. Are you actively discouraging take-out for...
