Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Erie

This specific location has really gone down hill. I had a simple order a hamburger happy meal, that’s is it! Get home and notice my daughters not eating her hamburger, that’s because it’s plain, completely nothing on it, no ketchup, no mustard not even a pickle. A bun and a patty! Ok no biggie we used our own supply. Then I realize she didn’t get her ice cream that COMES with the meal! So I call and spoke with a young girl who sounded beyond bored with our conversation and she explained that you have to ASK for the ice cream and there is a ticket in the bag that you have to give to them (in the drive thru??!!) even though the woman who took my order asked if I wanted the ice cream now or later when I stated later I didn’t think I had to rip off a ticket and ASK again for the ice cream. She also explained to me that yes the hamburgers come plain (nothing on them), I suppose there’s a ticket you have to rip off for ketchup too. I went to the dairy queen on pine avenue with a friend and when we walk into the restaurant there was young women with brunette hair and had cateye liner on and was not very approachable did not smile and was very unprofessional she was not wearing a nametag so couldn't get her name, when she took our order we got the 5.00 box of chicken strips for each with fries and instead of getting the sundae that comes with it my friend just wanted a milkshake with water she just looks at us and pauses like she was so annoyed, we weren't rude at all, so we continue with our order and she even looks more annoyed and just by the looks of it, she didn't want to be at work, and before we left the restaurant I ordered food to go and she literally screws up.my order and forgets my small.blizzard with the 5.00 box that I ordered to go and as she is telling the others about the order she mumbles under her breath and states the order is for that girl in a rudely manner and after she gives me my order I tell her politely thank you and...

This is the worst Dairy Queen i have ever been to and its the district managers own store! My last two experiences with this establishment have been horrible! The first one i ordered two double cheeseburgers with ketchup only and received two doubles with ONLY mustard. The second time which was today, i ordered the 2 for $4 got the two tenders and also a cheeseburger which i stated clearly ketchup only. The chicken was old and chewy and the burger had ketchup mustard and pickle. Is it that difficult to take an order and make it properly? I will not be returning! I wish i could rate this with zero stars, because this store doesnt deserve one! They should be ashamed. UPDATE: gave this dq another try once again and still highly upset with the quality of the food. They slopped it together, the fries were ice cold, soggy, and the small french fries were hard as a rock! This is the district managers store and he allows his employees to do this? He should be ashamed of himself also!...
