We came in just 20 minutes after opening, the first day they opened. The staff was quite friendly, and we were seated right away. The only options for drinks were Coca-Cola products or water, though they have plans for beer and wine, as well. My children would probably also enjoy a chocolate milk or juice option, but there were none. We took a bit to order, as there are so many options. We knew we wanted pizza, so we really didn't spend much time looking at the rest of the menu, but we already knew we'll be back to try everything else. As for pizza, there are so many options for toppings- there's definitely something for everyone. They even have gluten-free pizza options. Wood-fired pizza does take a little longer to cook than pizza that runs through a fast food oven, but I would hardly list this as a negative. One thing that helped pass the time with three hungry kids is being able to watch them make your wood-fired pizza, and then you can even watch it cook. The oven is mesmerizing, just like when you're sitting around a bonfire with friends, but everyone stares into the fire. While there is a light smell from the wood-burning stove as you walk in, since you walk right by the stove on the way in the door, the same is not true of the seating area. As a customer with asthma, I was very pleased at this. There are large TVs in the restaurant- one near the wood-burning stove/above the bar, and two in the back, where most of the tables are. They had college football on while we were there, but without sound. Our food came to the table fairly quickly, and just as we've had from the Sticks 'n Bricks food truck, the pizza was excellent. We ordered two 14" wood-fired pizzas, the largest size you can order for wood-firing. One was pepperoni and cheese, while the other that l was chicken bacon ranch. Both were excellent. I'm not typically a huge fan of pepperoni, and won't order it from most places, but theirs is top-notch. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant, but I imagine that will change when there is alcohol available. There was, however, a crowd at the door for takeout. That's likely how we'll typically patronize S&B, but it's awesome to have a sit-down restaurant with beer and pizza, locally-owned, nearby. We will absolutely be back again, and probably soon.

Very happy with Sticks and Bricks! We ordered online for a pizza. There was an error and our pizza had been given to another customer and we were given there’s - which was very different from our order (GASP - how dare they show humanism and make a mistake?! 😉). What could have been a really frustrating situation was met with excellent service, kindness and understanding. They remade my correct pizza quickly, manager spoke with me asking “how can I make this right for you?” Having worked in the service industry, I just expressed it was frustrating but I understood how it happens, declined that we needed anything extra. He offered a couple of sodas and dessert. I declined politely saying I understood but he insisted and brought us out two desserts. All the food was absolutely fabulous. Pizza was perfectly made and the desserts were a nice little birthday treat. Thank you for making a possibly bad experience into a total win.

So my mom and I are traveling and we were hankering for pizza. So i saw this on google and decided what the heck. I was initially worried after reading some one star reviews but it was all for not. As soon as we entered, I could smell the wood in the oven and the pizza inside. The staff was very friendly. I had ordered the pepperoni calzone and my mother ordered the barbecue chicken pizza. And we got the garlic bread. Everything was fantastic. (Clear divergence into some sciency stuff). The cheese pull is amazing. Nice and stretchy (a sign of very good cheese). The garlic bread was nice and buttery. The calzone had just the right amount of pepperoni. And my mother said the BBQ pizza was amazing. In short, come down and give it a try. Really wish we lived closer so i can come here more often.

Sticks & Bricks

$7.00 Crazy Fries: They're certainly crazy. I couldn't find one that was browned in the least. The spicy ones were reddish, but even they were mushy. Did they take them out of the freezer and microwave them? Missing 1 sauce. The dogs got these. $10.50 Cheesesteak Fries: Same deal, mushy fries. However, a couple of them actually had some brown on them, but not many. The steak slices weren't bad and probably the best thing about this order. Missing both sauces. The dogs will get these tomorrow. $16.00 Medium Wood Fired Supreme Pizza: Burnt all around the edges, any toppings were mostly shoved to one side and I asked for light sauce and got virtually none. The dogs will get most of this over the next week or so. $6.50 Meatball Sub 6": Stagnelli's meatballs and they're certainly not what they used to be, 'ok' sauce and a thin layer of cheese. I ate 1/3 of this and will pick at it tomorrow.

Order total with tax $42.40

There were so many employees in the back they were tripping over each other and I don't recall seeing 1 hair net or food gloves. Everyone's hair freeflowing and going from station to station, then to the front and return to the...
