Definitely would not come back. Went with a few people but it took us over an hour to get our food. We were not greeted or anything and stood for 10 minutes until a young girl acknowledged us to sit. Food came out to about $20 for naan, curry, and rice. From the time it took for us to order and get our food it was over an hour which is unreasonable. It was ridiculous that we were not even given any waters/drinks until our meal was over. The table next to us requested pani puri and they were there for more than an hour waiting for it. I saw they kept reminding the waitress about their order. It should not take an hour to assemble something that can be made in 10 minutes. Mind you we were the only 2 customers in the establishment. The naan looked like a crime scene, I got garlic naan. The garlic was uncooked, the bottom was burnt, and it was very dry. It had no garlic flavor whatsoever and tasted like burnt bread. The butter chicken flavor tasted artificial like it was made from a box. Will not be coming back. Was disappointed because I have eaten here before and the food was good, but quality seems to...
Read moreI recently visited this small Nepali restaurant because it came up while I was searching for vegetarian options for my friend, who is vegetarian. The restaurant is currently in the process of updating its menu, but the available items were fantastic.I didn’t get pictures of everything, but the chicken thukpa I ordered was absolutely delicious. The portion size was generous, especially for the price. My friend tried the fried rice and was very impressed as well.
Although the place isn’t very big, the customer service was excellent. When I asked for my food to be spicy, it was genuinely spicy, which I really appreciated. They even brought me extra chilies to adjust the heat to my liking. The flavor of the thukpa was superb and incredibly authentic. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good, authentic...
Read moreYes, It's a very small place, but the Pani Puri is such a blast to eat. It's a Friday evening, and not many people. I just finished the pani Puri with some green chili's added, and my mouth is singing. Don't get the green chili's if you don't like the heat. I will be back to try some of the Gobi, since they were out. The veggie Thali was like eating a Kaleidescope of flavor with my mouth wanting more, more it says. After eating at more than 40 different Indian restaurants, I now have a new favorite Indian / Himalayan place. Now, I have to...
