Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Erie

As as parent this is the worst place you could ever let your child work. The manager Angie runs this business extremely poorly. The first day one was to start working he took his paperwork in with him along with dates he needed off for things that were already scheduled. She had the nerve to tell him that he is not off to a great start. The next thing I had to go in there for was she doesn't know how how to write a correct paystub. For some reason she didnt know that you have to include the employees address on them. While I was in there for that I heard someone talking to another employee which is a high school student telling them that their job is a priority over school and that they could not have off the days that they needed to be at school and if they did take them off they were fired. Since when is it ok to tell a student in high school that there job comes before their education. Not only that but they actually think it is legal to keep a student in high school under the age of 18 there until 2am on a school night. The last incident I had is when the manager thought it was ok to belittle my son and make fun of him for not knowing how to spell everyone's name correctly. She even had the nerve to take him by the cash register where customers are and yell at him for this. What kind of person does this to another person for having a learning disability. Apparently she does not know that it violates OSHA and the Disability Act. They violate so many codes there and think that it is acceptable. Believe me I did go in there in front of customers and belittle her the way she does to her employees. I also made my son...

Absolute joke! 5 employees, all unqualified for the most simple job in the market today. Two pizzas….both ordered the same way….both came totally messed up. Hold don’t have all the cheese and the other half was without all the pepperoni, they were not cut all the way through so when trying to take a slice of their joke df a pizza it just kept tearing other slices. They should have had “bring in the clowns” music playing. They couldn’t even work the register. All of them standing around watching the other try to get things done. I swear a 4th grader could do their job better if trained. So I blame the owner and manger…two tool bags who don’t do the simplest job of training someone how to “push” down with the pizza cutter when using it. What an absolutely disgraceful place. It is also terribly dirty I. The waiting area…..you would think with all those staff working someone could mop a floor or wipe down a window. I will report to the county health department….can’t imagine what the food prep are is like. Hey LS….get a quality control program for you franchises. ...

Still waiting for corporate to call me back. I don’t know who else to talk to because I never see an adult there. On aug 30th I was there to pick up a pizza that was a replacement pizza for one a few weeks prior that was raw. I guess employees must be stock holders and weren’t happy to let one go no charge because it was cooked even less than the original pizza and wasn’t even cut. It was basically thrown at me. I’m not sure what the employee mumbled either but I was polite and thanked him. I got home and couldn’t believe I was given that pizza. I laughed at first but then I felt like it had a soapy taste maybe because of the obvious unhappy employee. I’ve been going to this store for at least 30 years. I can’t believe for this being my first problem I was treated so poorly. I guess I can always...
