Graeter's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Erlanger

Maybe I was expecting the great service like most Graeter's give, but this airport location did not care. It was in the early morning and only 4 people in line and proper staffing but wasted over 30 minutes in line with just 2 items to pay for. Many people behind me set things down and left. If the cashier cared they could have easily made at least $100 during this time. All she needed to do is ring people out 😔. The main cashier had a boyfriend that also works at the airport and their puppy love chat was more important. How do I know? When I got up there to pay for 2 items that was grab and go, I stood like the other customers before me, while they talked. There was no multi-tasking by the worker. It was she stopped everything for a conversation. I felt like I was listening in on a phone conversation. So, if you go to CVG I would highly recommend NOT to stop here. If the line is short remember it is deceiving. I wish I did like the others and go somewhere else in the facility. I had just finished a bowl of chili further up the concourse.And there and my gate eight thirteen was an ice cream shop that I never heard of I was in a bad mood and not looking forward to a long flight with every seat full. I love ice cream and this is some of the best. It’s rich creamy and not too sweet. Like that the ingredients are straight forward and not complicated with stuff aka artificial ingredients that are on junk food labels. Highly recommend their blackberry chocolate, cherry chocolate chip, black raspberry chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip and anything with coconut and sometimes cookie dough.
