What a horrible little place.
My wife and I walked in at 8:25 pm on a Tuesday night after driving all day. Knowing that they close at 9:00, we asked if we could still sit and get something to eat. One of the two bartenders said sure, handed us menus and told us to order at the bar. By 8:30 we had ordered two sandwiches and two beers. The bartender who took our order brought our two cans of beer out to us without offering us glasses, so we had to go back to the bar and get glasses from the other bartender.
We sat there until 9:40 (yes, 1 hour 10 minutes), our beer glasses long since emptied, in full sight of both bartenders, patiently waiting for our sandwiches. After we saw THEM both get their meals and eat, we finally approached the bar and asked about our own meals. The bartender who took our order looked confused, and replied “Oh, I guess your ticket never got back to the kitchen. We’ve been having a problem tonight.” Mind you, there were SEVEN people at the bar, and both bartenders spent more time on their phones than actually working. Of course we were disgusted with the terrible service and told him we’d pay for our beer and leave. I guess by way of apology, he waved us off and told us not to worry about it.
I understand that tourists are never treated as well as the locals, but still, I wish we had read the many reviews of similar experiences before we wasted our time...

This is a great casual place with excellent bar food. Good local beers on tap. We both had the western burger which was very good. The show stealer was the loaded fries with carne asada and smoked salsa. I don’t usually order loaded fries, but these were amazing. The white queso they make is really good, and the homemade house smoked salsa is amazing. All and all the toppings just combine into something delicious and satisfying.
These are people that do food well. It sort of had a small town western vibe to it, but it felt more welcoming than I expected. Seemed like a lot of locals, The Doors and Jim Croce were playing, and I noticed they had a bottle of Five Husbands LGBT pride edition vodka on the shelf in the bar, which one doesn’t expect to see in small town Utah. Overall...
Read moreGave it a 2 cause the owner Dave has no personality, does not ask if you need anything additional when sitting at the bar and food was mediocre. I had the veggie panini with shoestring fries. Fries better than panini with parsley on top but way too salty. Veggie panini was super small like they take 2 pieces of sandwich bread, stuff with veggies and press on panini machine. It comes out looking super small. They should use thicker, heart bread so veggies can stay in. Also tasted too much butter as opposed to the actual sandwich. They do have seating but no wait staff so have to come up to bar to place order with Dave and pay at the end. Lady comes out with food when ready. More like fast...
