My family and I stopped here after a hike on our way to Moab and I can’t say enough good things about this taco truck! Everything we tried was amazing, from their shrimp tacos, carne asada fries, tostadas, and quesadillas.

The shrimp tacos are perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice and a fresh squeeze of lime — you can tell they use quality ingredients. The carne asada fries are the ultimate comfort food: loaded with tender, flavorful steak, gooey melted cheese, and all the right toppings. And their quesadillas? Golden, cheesy perfection with that perfect crisp on the outside and a melty, flavorful filling inside. My youngest could stop saying how good it was.

Not only is the food top-notch, but the service was friendly and fast. You can taste the care they put into every order. I would highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area I know...

Oh, my goodness! O, mejor dicho, que rica la comida Mexicana!!! Actual Mexican flavor in the state of Utah! One of very few Mexican eateries that can legitimately make that claim! The Carne Asada was legitimately marinated and hand cut, served on home made tortillas and full of flavor. The burrito was packed with meat and other delicious ingredients. Street tacos in Tijuana are the only thing I’ve tasted that better this burrito. This comes from a San Diego native with real Tijuana street taco experience. Chihuahua Garcia Mexican Grill, recommended by our RV campground, was a delightful surprise! We were a little taken aback to find a taco truck outside a hardware store, but we are so glad we decided to stop. We ordered street tacos, carnitas and carne asada burritos, and a quesadilla, and everything was delicious. The portions were generous, and the service was quick and friendly. And somehow, they also had the best tortilla chips I've ever tasted! This was the perfect lunch after a long hike and we highly recommend seeking it out.
