The past visits have been fine until today's visit. They had me down for 2 meals instead of one meal which is fine I waited for them to correct the mistake. Lady at the first window where you pay was correcting the issue and was very apologetic and genuinely felt sincere. Now when I get to the second window to get the food they are handing me the wrong drink which I said oh no that's not mine. The lady had this panicked look on her face. She repeated the original order that was wrong so I corrected her. And she turned to her manager this was an older Hispanic women on the heavier side and had an attitude right off the bat. Now I've been in management before and in customer service during that time. This is no way to start off first and foremost. She goes what what's wrong with it. And the lady who was handing me the food says she said this is the wrong order. I hear the lady from the first window yell over saying there was a mistake with her order this is it and states my order. And the manager says ma'am you order a meal it comes with a drink. That's what it comes with (like I don't know this) she proceeds to go meals come with fires and a drink what's the problem. I go I didn't order a coke what she was handing me I ordered a sprite. And she tells the girl at the window give her the sprite in an irritated tone. So she gives me the food and as I'm pulling away the manager yells out it says you ordered a coke on the order anyways. Now I was fine right up until that little remark right there caused me to write this review. Why must you argue with a customer over a drink honestly is it worth it? No, did you loose your job over a drink? No, someone definitely needs a little bit more training. I could understand if I was getting loud and what not but that was not the case here. I payed for it & i told her if i can get 3 cup of water she said just keep going & ask the girl for it You don have to pqy for it. So when i got the happy meals it wasnt the box i told the casher. I left & forgotten to get my 3 cup of water i went aroun the drive tru again & asked the the casher i already ordered i just forgotten to get my water .it was different woman & i think she was the manager i didnt ask. She told me we can give you the water for free YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. but before the other girl told me its free. She said well you have to pay for it. Then iknew she told them not to change my happy meal box... Water was free all the time. . they all lied to me because the old lady told them to not change it & to not guve me the water for free...... They just lost a costumer...    Read moreI have gone multiple times on my way out of town for work for a couple of breakfast sandwiches. The first time was good but everything after was barely edible. I got sandwiches with sausage that were barely dethawed, English muffin that seemed to not be toasted at all, it was so cold the egg(the only hot thing in the sandwich) could not even melt the cheese. With the increased costs even with the BOGO deal I will probably not return. Ordered mobile so I didn't not really need to deal with the people but the service I am paying for is at minimum my hot food to be just that, hot.
