I really love this place. Their food is out of this world. What's also out of this world is the entire covid virus shenanigan. Now Lapeer County Medical put on such a show for me that it was difficult to decipher what the show was actually about. Much later on I realized that the people packed lobby and coughing patients in the middle of July including the nurses shaking covered in blankets was the preview for covid. I was working out of the Oshkosh WI FedEx ground terminal in November and December of 2019 when I began to notice an excessive number of panther trucking vehicles heading north. Years prior I was waiting at the acmc dock to unload when I noticed a panther driver waiting by his sleeper while an armed guard secured the unloading area for the contents of his trailer. I'm super curious about everything so I asked the driver what the machine gun was all about. He explained that panther transports military contracted loads and a lot of military grade pharmaceuticals from the CDC in Atlanta Georgia. Which is what he was delivering and picking up expired medications. He said they paid well. Northern Wisconsin is full of military contracted companies who make things like vehicles and what not. So now why would panther suddenly be moving truck after truck through Wisconsin in November and December of 2019? That's right!!! To make sure the people crucial to the United States military were protected against the virus the United States government has created to use as a cover up for the cancer people were now dying from as a result of the planned and staged terrorist attack of 9/11. Asbestos doesn't cause cancer by the way... That's coming up next though. Instead of just admitting what was the reason for people along the eastern seaboards cancer they would create a diversion of a respiratory virus and blame the chinese. Meanwhile in anticipation of this they took the one effective drug, Tequin, off the market and fined the producer of this,Schering Plough, millions of dollars and ran them out of business. Let's go back to August 2019 withy next review and the continuing saga of a year with the dems....a political...

Browse Reviews - A consistent pattern! Work release individuals from a prison or jail would be better suited as employees here. Rather, than the inattentive, you’re bothering me, disinterested, condescending, narcissistic and Rude employees that are hired, and as we have experienced. Question: Are all these employees one family, perhaps the owners? Asking for a friend! Browse Reviews - Another consistent pattern! Pasty’s are bland, undercooked, soggy, lack sufficient ingredients like Meat and Rutabaga.. other than a 1/4 ton of potatoes. SIMPLY PUT… A Desire to keep Food costs to UNACCEPTABLE SUBPAR Levels and So cheaply made, it can’t be classified as a properly put together pasty. Browse Reviews - Another consistent pattern! Do NOT SPECIAL Order anything here. If your Food isn’t ‘RIGHT,’ in ANY MANNER… Some Nasty-Pasty elf on floor says: Once Ordered, Even if we get it wrong, WE MAKE NO CONCESSIONS, WE DON’T MAKE IT RIGHT, and WE DO IT “OUR” WAY, after-all, Everyone makes mistakes so why correct that? Browse Reviews - Another consistent pattern! The amount they charge for SHIPPING is nothing short of padding P&L. They consistently overcharge 30-40% more than cost, and that’s WITHOUT a Corporate FedEx account, which they have. ANOTHER lack of TRANSPARENCY!! If YOU-THINK you’re getting, say 25% ‘OFF’ or SAVE 25% special, THINK again. Especially for Online shipping orders. What you get is 25% more Product, Not a discounted amount of MONEY. Why is that? OH! More product in the shipping cooler = More expense to those who have it shipped. LEAST FORGET… More Scammed profit for the owner. How dishonest! YOU will do yourself a Tremendous Favor by going ‘ALMOST’ any where else and HAVING a REAL TERRIFIC PASTY EXPERIENCE… EXTRAVAGANZA, In our Humble...
Read moreStopped here for our first Pastie of our pastie tour 2022. We had the classic beef version but they have chicken, veggie, and pizza versions, too. The crust was amazing! And the filling was really good along with the gravy. If you bought a medium drink and desert or chip combo the adder was only $2. The crumb cake was really good. The Pastie was not super filled but more than enough. The real plus was the woman working there: Makayla (not sure on spelling). She told us the history of Dobbers, the process of making them, and a lot more. She also introduced us to Trenary Toast (yum! - bought a bag there and need more!), And yooper chocolate. She also told us she was from the next city north of where we live in IL and how nice it is in Escanaba and the UP. We'll be stopping back for a bag or 2 of frozen pasties and some more toast, too! They have frozen bags of 6 or 12, fully baked, then frozen ready to go and, if you have a longer trip, they also make dry ice on the spot. We're so glad we stopped and Dobbers has a wonderful person working that counter and...
