Food Is lack luster. Had a terrible experience just a few seconds ago. Dark brown haired lady with a bun. Super rude. I ordered a burger and fries with a water. Totalled 11$ and some odd cents. I asked why and she tried handing me a bottle of water. I told her I just wanted a cup. She said that's what came with the meal (never said I wanted the meal). I asked if it's cheaper to order separately and she said yes. So I said I'd do that. She rolled her eyes and gave me attitude as she did it. Came out just over 9$. Then came out with eh literal smallest cup I've ever seen in my life. I added a photo. Just sad. Like thanks for the smallest free water ever. To make things worse the sandwich looked mauled, no salt on the fries, and the sandwich tasted like it was in the warmer all day. Inedible. Used to be my fave place for fast food. Since we have been using the drive through it has been very frustrating. I guess asking to add onion is way too confusing for the evening crew. I've taken to bringing my own to add when we get to a picnic table.........but I've been charged every time. Twice I've recieved what I ordered........8 times it's been wrong. Last night was epic. I was given the wrong sandwich completely. Drove all the way back, told " voice" I was returning the sandwich because it wasn't even close to what was ordered. Requested chicken, plus onion and received ham and cheese plus tomato. Silence from the voice, then she said" so what's wrong with it?" Um, wrong order. Blonde woman with a bun took our order tonight. Very rude from the start, treating my wife like she was an imbiscel for asking for curly fries instead of regular. Then while placing my order, I asked for ketchup and pickle on the burger. She repeated this twice as if she couldn't believe it. Once that was clarified, I handed her my Military ID to receive my discount. Normally this is a simple process. NOT TODAY. I watched, amused as the woman slid my ID through the credit card swipe 3 times, and then became angry after realizing it. She then very rudely said, "How about next time you give me this before the order starts!". I've eaten here 3 or 4 times before, and this is never the process.
