Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Escondido

If I could give this store a zero stars, I would! My Italian bread wasn't cooked, I had to drive all the way back while my kids were hungry and waiting at home. I got to the store and showed the lady up front. They offered to remake my food which I would normally be happy with but considering the lack of care and concern, as well as the judgmental attitudes from all 12 of them as they just stood around and did nothing, I told her I wanted a refund as well. Her attitude was even worse now, and despite her saying it would be 6 mins for a replacement (before I mentioned refund) they actually had me waiting there for another 25 mins and then only brought me one pizza with out the Italian bread? She said she couldnt replace both items I ordered.. ?? To top it off, the new pizza was just as terrible! Thin soggy crust, Luke warm, and tasting like a box! Worst customer service skills the , worst food and what seemed to be the biggest haters in town.. don't waste your time or money on this joint.. these people need to get it together...

Aaron is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Working in customer service myself as a manager, I would never allow my staff to talk and treat people the way he has. This is now the third time interacting with him and he is the same way every time. I asked to speak to his manager and apparently they were not there. He either needs some more training or to be fired. Im surprised there hasn’t been and physical alterations with him, especially his demeanor towards women. Absolutely disgusting. Doubt he talks to men like that. Definitely not be returning to this location. Oh and he loves to wear an orange floppy hat, again...

It's little Cesar's so you can't beat a cheap and fresh $5 hot and Ready. I don't wait any longer than about 5-10 here, and that's only when I order like bread sticks or cheese sticks. Always Friendly young employee's working. I ate here last night, the girl cashier was nice, kept a Smile entire time. No complaints for this place. Besides the fact I didnt get any napkins and I always wake up with a lil stomach ache and having to take a Sh** next morning hahaha this...
