McDonald's — Restaurant in Escondido

So I come in here every single day prior to going to my jobs, And I order the same thing pretty much every single day on this day. I got an iced mocha and it was wrong. I just want to say the app sucks it constantly crashes on me and will automatically choose a default location that it claims is nearest but it's more difficult to get to then my actual favorite but if you aren't paying attention you will complete your order and it gets sent to their default location they choose.. Ordering in the app does nothing as far as speeding things along. Alternates better to pick up at the counter rather than order ahead and wait in the Drive-Thru. Fast food service sucks these days I don't know what's going on the workers are slow and unmotivated and the prices are ridiculous. Problem is I love their mochas hot or cold so I will still stop by once in awhile. And now on top of the high prices and slow service McDonald's will apparently...

DON'T go to this location, probably if not already the worst here in Escondido. If you really really want McDonalds go to a different location and avoid this one. Last three times I was here customer service was bad, slow, ignorant, and one day even witnessed a disrespectful young girl throw coffee creamer and sugar to a customer. Thigs fell off customer's hands and this naive McDonalds worker didnt even apologize. Manager or super in charge came out and she also didnt apologize. Also not getting ketchup, any sauce for that matter, and now even napkins too has become a horrible habit for any McDonalds now a days. If I could give zero stars to this...
