My friend and I went to this Panda Express location for a late night meal. The store was supposed to close at 9:30 but we arrived at 9, so there was still plenty of time. Once we arrived, we immediately noticed they were taking back everything already and the rest of the cooks were relaxing, either waiting to close for good or for something to come up. My friend goes to order his plate and he asks for an entree that isn’t available, so the woman in front tries to convince my friend to get something that’s already out to order. When he declines her offer and asks for what he wants, immediately one of the cooks gives us a disgusting look, like he was angry. They proceed to make my friends food and a couple more customers come in. Again, the woman up at front wasn’t disrespectful, but the cooks were getting irritated and started giving attitude. It was a terrible experience. On top of that, the food was hot but clearly was rushed. My friends freshly made Kung pao chicken, tasted different and it was more soggy regardless of the sauce. The fried rice was dry as well, the chow mein was okay I guess. This experience was incredibly worsened by all the cooks attitudes. My advice to your staff: DONT be expecting to close up half an hour ahead of schedule. I’ve worked in fast food before and you shouldn’t be attempting to fully close up that early to begin with, it’s extremely unprofessional! It’s not our faults as customers for why you want to leave your job so badly, so don’t give anyone attitude that easily. And second piece of advice: speaking in a foreign language isn’t being sneaky. My friend is Salvadorian and I’m Mexican, so attempting to talk smack in Spanish got y’all no where, it just shows your levels of professionalism. Read moreAnytime I crave Panada, this location is right around the corner, and they always do it right. I'm always greeted and welcomed by the staff. Tonight was no different. Unfortunately for the staff this time, they had to deal with a 300lb Karen and her family of hungry hippos. The staff remained professional the entire time while taking care of their custome orders for these picky eaters. I almost thought about leaving because these people were taking forever to order. But I knew it would hit the spot if I just waited patiently. It was also the last hour of the night, so of course, the rush came in, and the popular entrees were going fast. Being the great people they are, they let me know it was gonna be a small wait. I didn't mind at all. Got my food, sat down and ate. But here came Karen on the hangry rampage. She was rude, demanding the names of the manager and staff so she could report them too corprate, and get them in trouble. Of course, the manager (CJ) remained calm and professional and reassured King Kong that they would be taken care of. The young lady working the register also remained professional while getting harassed not only by her word but the stench coming from her fat flaps. And they did all this while simultaneously taking care of the other customers at the same time. I just wanna say what a great staff they have. Read moreI really hate to complain but I guess when it happens you have to say exactly what happens I went in good intentions to have a nice hot meal so I decided to try something new that they have it's made of plant-based chicken and of course they will not allow you to try a taste of it you have to purchase it that's what the guy said anyway so I decided to go ahead and buy it and along with that I decided to have a second topping of Beijing beef and half and half of refried rice also chow mein then I sat down to eat it that chow mein was barely warm the rice was cold the Beijing beef was cold and very tough many hard pieces in it and lastly then you plant-based orange chicken was barely warm and most of the employees for some reason they just don't even look at you in the eye as if you're a machine talking to a robot I don't get it maybe that serves the owner they're happier that way they take your money and they think you'll come back no absolutely not most smart people would not come back most desperate people will come back so needless to say would that treatment I don't think I would be back now I don't have time to complain so I figured I'll just give my opinion and leave it at that and don't bother complaining because no one cares about your complaint and definitely don't expect to get your money back so moving on forward Panda Express is a flop for me enjoy for those that...
