Been here four times now before getting around to posting this up. Couldn't be happier with the service and food quality. Each order was freshly prepared yet took a very reasonable time to get the order for the whole family together (~15-20 minutes). The fact that we were so satisfied we went again within the same week after first trying them says quite a bit, and we've been back weekly since.
I think my personal favorites have been the bowls. They are just so fresh and delicious. They've got a great range depending on your appetite, though. The wraps are great for a smaller meal with the plates being the largest single thing you can order as an individual. Prices are very reasonable and again, I've had no complaints on the price to quality.
I've had the Chicken Shawarma and Gyro as far as meats go and both have been excellent. The falafel is great, no complaints. There isn't anything I've had that I would want to change. Way better price/quality/experience compared to the franchised kabob competition in town. I really hope they do well and thrive, because they've quickly become my favorite spot...
Read moreThe owner welcomed me in with a great smile. I originally went in beside I saw the sign for the $12 shawarma sandwich deal but then I was also craving kabobs I decided to get a combination kabob plate that came with 1 chicken skewer and 1 koubideh kebab skewer. Let me tell you, I was blown away. As a Palestinian that knows what good middle eastern food tastes like, it definitely got my stamp of approval! The shawarma was perfectly seasoned and turned out to be the best shawarma sandwich I had eaten thus far in all of Southern California! Both the chicken and beef kebab were also seasoned perfectly and perfectly cooked! 👌🏼 Even the fries that came with my shawarma sandwich were really good and had a dash special house blend of seasoning on top that really elevated the flavor! And the best part?! I only love 5 min away!!!! All in all, very impressed and will definitely be a...
Read moreI'm glad to have another good Mediterranean restaurant in Escondido!
This little spot is tucked away on the side of Vons. It's little, but seating is available.
I enjoyed the stuffed grape leaves, along with the Gyro wrap. I like extra tzatziki, and was a little taken back by the 1 dollar up-charge for an extra side. That definitely needs to be cut in half.
The plates are a good choice, I went for the shawarma combo / gyro plate for 17.99$. It had chicken, beef, & lamb, all of which were delicious.
From kabob plates, flatbread wraps, bowls, to the traditional plates (gyro, shawarma, & falafel,) im glad this place is here.
Health-conscious food is a must for options.
A bonus is they use Grubhub, Uber eats,...
