McDonald's — Restaurant in Espanola

I have had the worst service the last three times I was here. I keep coming back hoping this time it would be different. The employees treat you like they're doing you the favor. They don't realize that it's because of us customers they have a job. They are rude and no customer service. This last experience I had was the last straw. I had been in line for like 1/2 an hour then they came out and shut down our lane two cars ahead of me. There had to have been at least three cars behind me. The car in front of me asked the kid what about me. He told him to try and get in the next line that was so long. The cars weren't about to let us all in. We all had no choice but to back out. I was not going to go to the back of the line and wait another 1/2 hour i was almost to order. . I can't believe they just cut us off. They should have closed it after the last car so no other cars would get in that line. But not cut us off completely. I was hungry and tired and now livid. I called and asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me, Never again. The only reason they treat us like this is because it's convenient. They keep coming back. I will never go back again. I'd rather go to pojoaque or Los alamos but never will I go to espanola again. To get treated like we don't matter. No thanks. Customer service used to be so good. Not anymore. So...

I live close to this McDonald's in I always go there for lunch breakfast lunch and dinner at times it depends on the Family however I would like to say that it has dropped and satisfaction ratings I don't know if it's due to employees neglect or management but it's so far as the last 5 visits to this McDonald's has been unsatisfactory because I have a couple of reasons why when your caramel frappe machine is always been out for the last five visits and at the same time they have gotten my order wrong and I can I go back and forth just fix it so once again like I said they're just beginning the customer service was great and now it's starting to slack off I don't know if it's because of a wreck coming back from being out so long and not understanding what customer service is anymore or the fact that you're just being lazy and they don't care about the other coming in to patronize deserve it...

Probably the worse McDonalds on the planet. Yeah I get it McDobalds is nationally bad at service but this place was ridiculous. Order 2 breakfast meals in drive through. At the window and bag was handed to me which I immediately told them the order was wrong. They said ok and ha ded me a different bag. I pulled up and checked order was wrong again. I went inside showed the items received vs receipt. I then stood in there for 10 mins while they "fixed" the order. Upon receiving my order the third time I opened the bag in the store and guess what..... order was wrong again. Finally on the fourth try they got it right. Part of the problem I feel was it seemed like none of the employees at this location speaks English... I am all for having bilingual people but not having employees that cant communicate in English in...
