Wendy's — Restaurant in Espanola

I would like to leave positive feedback about this store. I visited this store several times in the past and I had the worse experience but this time I was on my way back from Taos and my kids were hungry and they were tired of Mcdonalds and stuff so I decided to stop by. I decided to go inside the store because my order was pretty long and sometimes it is hard to order on the drive thru. I was greeted by a really nice lady, the lobby was cleaned they were some other families eating there and the atmosphere was totally different compared to the last time. She was super nice. Her name was either Sandy or Andy something like that. She was smiling the whole time and she did a great job at taking my order. My total was around $60 dll. After she took my order I was hoping that they will make it right. Something I would like to say is that everyone in the kitchen was actually doing their job, they were not on their phones like before, they were organized, I cannot recall exactly how long my order took but was definitely way faster than last time. Some other lady called it out and I started checking my burgers there making sure they were the way I wanted (my kids are super picky) and I didn't want to leave the place and then having to go back in case something was wrong. I was actually amazed that the order was correct, fries were fresh, burgers were hot. Everything was really good. My family and I enjoyed this visit much. Im not sure if there are other management running this place but it was a great upgrade. We'll be returning...

I come over here on my lunch break with some other co workers and we had 2 separate orders(not that complicated) and it took about 15 minutes to get both orders taken and when we pulled up to the window they had combined the orders even tho we specifically said they were separate and they made it into a big deal when asked to separate and in the middle of me trying to fix my orders one of the workers Cynthia closed the window on me as I was talking and proceeded to give me dirty looks and ignore me but after we were given our first order she told us to pull to the next window (even tho there isn’t one)so I told her I was staying there, then the manager came by and asked if we needed anything and we said that we were missing one of our two orders and she seemed surprised that we hadn’t received it yet then she turns around grabs the bag and hands it too us, I failed to mention that during this whole process from the time we pulled up to the time that we left there was about 5 workers just walking around by the window and I thinking to myself is anyone even in the kitchen making our orders, after we left there was about only 10 minutes left on our lunch and I think it shouldn’t take almost our whole hour lunch to get a meal and barely have anytime to enjoy it, that’s out rages how that can have a bunch of teenagers running an...

I will never go back to this Wendy’s. I had tried it before and wasn’t excited about the food so I thought I would try again….AWFUL! I spent a little over $20, the burger meat was cold, the lettuce was not fresh, a bit slimy, there was 1 small slice of tomato, was mushy. The coke had no fizz and tasted strange, the small frosty was ok, but not great. The fries were ok, I asked for ketchup and got 2 small packs😵‍💫. I’m not sure what has happened to the chili… it had no taste, they might have used dried onion in it, I didn’t even eat it. Such a disappointment! AND a waste of money! My dog ate the patties, he seemed ok. When I got home I told my son, he said no one stops there, the food is terrible! Lesson learned. What was supposed to be a treat for myself, turned into a waste of money that I could hardly afford. NEVER AGAIN! SAFE YOUR MONEY, McDonalds is right...
