Every time I decide to spend money at this McDonalds, it never fails that I am highly disappointed. At 5:30 am there is NO EXCUSE TO have to wait 15-20 minutes with 1 car in front of you. How is it that there are signs on the menu, but you can't read what it is saying..How is it that you get in the other lane to find out it is closed...put a doggone cone so no one drive and sit like a moron. Not professional.. only 3 people there are really nice..Also, if you are not letting people in the doors when it suppose to open (maybe no cashier is there for the front) It would be professional if there are signs made so that people wouldn't be standing there looking stupid..further more, if an employee sees people knocking , instead of looking and not acknowledging us, let us know whats going on, so we can get in our cars and go to drive thru or drive off...don't stare at us and motion NOTHING!!!! MAKE SIGNS , LAMINATE THEM FOR EMERGENCIES...PLEASE USE DRIVE THUR- OR PLEASE COME INSIDE ETC...I AM SO SICK OF THIS PLACE...FOR ALMOST A YEAR, I STOP TORTURING MYSELF...I been coming back almost 10 times this year..well i will take another leave of torture...i will get up earlier than 4 a.m. and make my breakfast or spend $8 and get great customer service, great food and will add a tip as I always do with the place that I truly enjoy going to ...you all need to fix this unless you don't care...employees should be professional, have fun, smile,etc..nothing wrong with having fun on the job...i shouldn't have to wait for you cashier to ask how may i help you, she is looking at me as to say "what do you want?" i am over this place. will start going else where and more importantly will start bringing my food again and get out of the lazy mode. DON'T WANT ANYONE FIRED, but as a supervisor, I strive to be the very best at any job I have had. Develop relationship with regulars and inspire ones that you don't know to come back..i miss old school...i worked at McDonalds near Eddy Road late 70's ...and when the rush hour hit, we were focused...its no excuse with the technologies that is here today that you can't find good people ...real truth...and I speak for people on my job...one last thing, when a person says NO CHEESE, that is what it means...when the wrapper says no cheese, but when you get back to work and find cheese, i should be able to get my doggone money back..this no money back is wrong on MOST LEVELS...SO another reason i will...

From long wait times to dealing with their highly unprofessional employees. Simply put, this site is poorly managed. I travel around the world/country in my profession and 'hands down' this is THE WORST McDonald's I've ever visited! This location has far too many unprofessional and untrained employees, who obviously don't care about providing quality customer service.
On my most recent visit and for whatever reason, this restaurant was still closed WELL past the open time on the door. No explanation or signs stating why. I knocked on the door and witnessed employees standing around, signaling me to use their drive-thru. What would you know the drive-thru too was closed when I got there. Again, they made no announcement over the drive-thru speaker nor did they post a sign as to why they were still closed. I watched multiple cars drive off in frustration at this mismanaged business.
How is this even allowed to happen at one of America's leading fast-food chains? WHO is overall responsible here? Just by reading other customer reviews about this specific McDonald's, it's apparent this location has a long history of unprofessional business practices. It's factually apparent that this location couldn't care less about providing quality customer service! I blame not only the managers and owners of this location, but more importantly I blame McDonald's Corporate Headquarters for allowing this mismanaged store to continue teetering along the same disastrous path of poor service - for years on end. Does McDonald's Headquarters read or at least skim through the THOUSANDS of customer complaints about this facility? Unfortunately and from a customer's point of view, nothing will be done to fix the atrociously managed location. C'mon McDonald's, you all can do better! I suggest people at McDonald's Corporate office (who really care) pay routine, undercover, and unannounced visits to this location... to see what the local customers...
Read moreTerrible breakfast crew. I've driven away SEVERAL mornings because, although the drive through opens at 6 am, they don't usually start taking orders until 6:15 or after. This just happened again today. When I drove around to try the lobby, I didn't see anyone inside even though there were cars in the parking lot. Nobody at the windows, cooking area, or front counter. I tried the lobby and it was locked. As I was pulling away, an employee came out and looked like he was headed to his car - probably for his phone or a cigarette. That's what it looked like. I asked, "Is anyone taking orders?" He replied, "The lobby isn't open yet, but you can go to the drive through." I said, "I know! I just sat there for 10 minutes and nobody was taking anyone's orders!". I'm in my truck - he's standing in the rain and asks me what I would like. I was nearly speechless. He asked me again and I said, "There's a bunch of people waiting at the drive through for someone to take THEIR orders." Then I drove off because if I didn't I would've been late for work.
This is probably at least the 10 or 12th time ive pulled away because of the morning crew. I can't possibly be the only one that has experienced this below-sub-standard service.
I deserve a break today. But I certainly won't get one at THIS McDonald's.
They'd disappoint a lot less customers if they kept this location closed until they could train a capable crew.
If I could give less than a 1-star rating for this place, I certainly would!
Sitting at work hungry now... I wish I could get away with that level of work ethic and still keep my job. Life would be so much easier.
P.S. - there's a little diner up the road from this place called, 'The Breakfast Place'. I'm thinking of giving them a try. There's no way the service there could be worse than what I get from a multi-billion dollar...
