My son and I both ordered the Beef and Cheddar sandwiches and they were both pretty delicious, but could have been a lot better if there was more of what they call red ranch on there.
My daughter is very particular when it comes to chicken nuggets and she found the chicken nuggets in her kid's meal to be very good. She loved the curly fries as well. Only thing that would have improved it for her would be chocolate milk.
My wife had the French dip and Swiss and found it very tasty. She requested red onions on it through the app and they were on there. In fact, we ordered a bunch of food and everything was accurate. Which is not something I take for granted.
The most disappointing aspects of this meal were the following: we ordered a 9 piece of the Buffalo boneless wings and they were not very warm, were kinda rubbery, and were definitely not on par with the rest of the meal...and the pieces offered up were very small and it would be generous to consider most of them to be a piece; the app said the order would be available at 5:10 pm after we completed the order at 5:05. I seriously doubt this is a problem with the store, but rather the app giving unrealistic pickup times. We didn't receive our order until 5:25 after arriving around 5:13. So yeah, that's pretty off.
The only thing I'd changing at this location is the ambience. A lot of the seating strangely seemed designed for three people with these strange half-booths and there are weird looking like window treatments are something on the inside that I guess were supposed to give the idea of being somewhere rustic? Eh.
At the end of the day, I would really just say that if an order is going to take a long, long time to produce, then everything should be fresh. And for the most part, that was true here. Just a colossal failure on the boneless wings. If they were indeed fresh and still tasted like that? Then they...
Read moreAvoid this Arby's at all costs. I've had so many wrong orders that I've completely given up on it. This restaurant should be marked Dead on Arrival, Do Not Resuscitate.
I've had problems with drive-through orders, walk in orders, and online orders. Invariably they will miss multiple items from my order.
When ordering online, items can be purchased but upon arrival at the store the local manager will inform you that they do not have that particular item. That you've already bought. I've ordered milkshakes on multiple occasions and apparently Arby's has a worse milkshake gremlin than McDonald's because theirs has not been operational for over 2 months.
Of course this is somehow my fault. Foolish me for trying to order online. The local management will just throw up their hands in frustration, groan loudly, and tell me they're sorry that my money went into a digital black hole. No offer of replacement items or a refund. On my last trip the manager said he knew of a corporate phone number to call, but he thought it was probably the wrong number and it wouldn't help me. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that they attempt to fix non-functional service with a non-functional phone number.
The staff is rude, generally unhelpful, and terribly under trained. Even simple things like requesting an extra sauce packet somehow require a manager.
I've never been into this location without a few dozen flies zipping about in the dining area. Cleanliness is on the level of a gas station bathroom.
Rather than deal with this Arby's (which is geographically closest to my home), I will go out of my way to visit the Arby's in Junction City or on West 11th.
Whomever the owner is, they should have their franchise tag yanked by Arby's Corporate for gross...
Read morePretty horrible visit. Placed an online order, was told they weren't able to fulfill my diablo roast beef sandwich or shake, that was fine, except when asked what I would be willing to replace it with, I replied I would like a half lb or triple cheddar and roast beef. At this point the lady in the back snickered and said that's more expensive, which yes it was by a couple dollars, if that. However, downgrading my shake they couldnt make to a drink actually ended up losing me the same amount, so it evened out. So I get home to a not super happy roommate due to having to rebuild most of their order, and when I opened my bag to pull out the sandwiches, they made me a single roast beef sandwich. So the lady wasnt only rude, she made me the cheapest sandwich they could replace my initial sandwich with. On top of that, my soda had virtually no syrup, it tasted like water and was barely a shade of brown. I ended up paying more for my order than I actually received. The guy at the window was nice, but it doesnt make up for a basically 9 dollar loss and a team that seemed to not...
