Bobablastic had their food truck at the Eugene pride at Alton Baker park this last weekend and I was very disappointed with how they approached a mistake on their menu. I ordered a blended drink for $7 with Boba for 75cents. They charged me $9.75, and when I pointed at the menu, they said that it was wrong and that $9.75 was the true price. I ended up getting the drink anyways, but honestly surprised they didn't honor their mistake and rather just taped up the $7 price after they finished taking my order. The customer service was not enjoyable. Employees seemed annoyed that we were there. Also not wearing masks over their noses.
It was definitely not worth driving all the way out there, or walking through a muddy parking lot to get. We won't be returning.
I recommend...
