Eva’s Taqueria — Restaurant in Springfield

Convenient location for those of us in West Eugene. This is the second food truck we've tried here (the other on Barger as well). We ordered the taco plate, a burrito special and chicken quesadillas. The burrito was great, according to my 15 year old 🤣 the tacos were good, but had no sauce so they were really dry. We were given one tiny green sauce and one tiny red sauce between the four of us so there wasn't enough to go around. My 18 year old and I also tried the mangoñado which was a fun drink to try. Okay, so I only bought 4 basic tacos, $3.00 a piece. They didn't have any tamales, but I didn't know they only do that on Fri & Sat(this review posted on a Wednesday). The tacos were kinda small and nothing special; not those crazy bomb street tacos that are overflowing with toppings. The location is very convenient, living in west Eugene off Barger and I intend to try their other menu items in the future, but if you're just looking for a few quick tacos, they're no better than any other place. I tried this food truck a long time ago, but I did not think it was good . I decided to walk to this food trucks location on my lunch to get food from another food truck but they were closed. My husband told me I should get the orange food truck another try so I did. I was glad I did. I must say that the taco was great and two tacos were enough to keep me full until dinner time.
