I have decided to never order from them again. They have gotten my order wrong every time lately and twice smashed tacos I bought for someone else. I wonder if they do it on purpose when they see my name on the order. Little obvious things like beef when I ordered vegetarian or sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened and a small whenever I ordered a large. I complained to the corporate email requesting a refund and they never want to give me one.. what is so special about Taco Bell anyway. Why do they get to stay open and not close down after ecoli recall but every other restaurant does. And why do they hire people who have a bad attitude and a personal problem with customers.. I don't think anyone should eat there.. just be careful I'm just saying..at least this location or wherever the employees who do this transfer to different locations.. I had a family member a mother working two jobs for her children who was a manager at a different Taco Bell .. she would have fired them. Those people need to get fired. What happened to Taco Bell anyway..why didn't they want to fire this employee when I reported them? Did they like them even though they keep doing this to their customers? Does Taco Bell corporate like their snooty rude employees more than their customers and their customers money? Why do they get to be a restaurant business serving customers they don't like and employ rude deliberately improper employees.. I want to see Taco Bell finally close down.. I won't have ecoli in my food if I have a restaurant nor will I force a vegetarian customer to eat meat and not give them a refund.. Taco Bell is fired and I run a restaurant business now...
Read moreI've had nothing but poor experiences with the food here and likely will not order from here again. I recently moved to a house nearby after living in Springfield for the last 4 years, and this Taco Bell's food and service are worse by far, which is sad considering it's 20-50% more expensive.
On my cheesy fiesta potatoes, there's not even half a teaspoon worth of nacho cheese, but it was drowned with sour cream to hide this fact.
My chalupa shell was rock hard like it had been left out for an hour, and the whole thing was cold, despite the fact that they hadnt even started making my order when i walked in to pick it up (10 minutrs after placing the order on mobile), seemed like they reused an item from another order that was never picked up or something.
My beefy 5 layer burrito with extra beef clearly did not get the extra beef. This thing was almost as thin as a soft taco or one of their cheese roll ups.
My cheese quesadilla with extra cheese and extra jalapeño sauce did indeed get the extra sauce, but there was barely any cheese on it, leaving it so thin... and the cheese wasnt even melted... not worth the $5+
And my nacho fries were cold too...
My time from pickup to eat was less than 3 minutes, as I live only 3 blocks away from this store... so nobody can claim that it got cold on my drive home...
This was just so sad... I spent over $20 on this unappealing and unappetizing meal and I regret every penny of it. I just can't find any fast food restaurants that put out remotely good quality...
Read moreSo my wife and her sister went to get their party pack and when they ordered the tacos were supposed to be all soft instead they came as all hard shell they did t receive a receipt from the person at the window I attempted to contact them all day off and on until around 7:35 pm when a very snotty young lady answered proclaiming that they answer all of the calls that come I to the establishment which is a false statement because before this very unprofessional quite snotty young lady answered I called and it rang until it literally stopped ringing I explained things that they had messed up the order and that I had been trying to get in contact with them to no avail and that the did not provide a receipt with the order she then told me that they would not replace my order because I didn't have a receipt (not given one ) and that I did not have the food 7 hrs later so because I did not carry the food around while moving and did not have a receipt that they didn't provide they could not do anything about their screw up If I could give zero...
