Firstly I'd like to say this is by far the worst location, all they have in there is a bunch of kids. Yesterday my boyfriend, our 3 year old and myself went to this location before I was suppose to be going into work. The person who took our order was nice and she didn't give us any issues. We get to the second window, and everything just hit the fan from there. They give us our drink and food and we still had to wait for my frappe, so as we were waiting I decided to check the food make sure it was right, I opened the bag to see both of the cheeseburgers smothered in ketchup, the whole wrapper is just covered, and when I opened it the burger looked like someone had crunched it in their hands and then put in the bag. So when they came back with my frappe, no straw btw, we asked them to remake this as this wasn't acceptable. She states "it's still a burger" as she's walking away, yea a ketchup burger that's completely smashed. When she came back again, we asked for the manager, cause we didn't like the service today and maybe this so called manager could do some retraining on how to treat your customers. Nope, manager comes to the window with the same snarky tone, saying she doesn't know what happened but we're the ones in the wrong. And obviously we didn't like that, we just wanted our food to be corrected, she gave us the remake and continued to be erratic, my boyfriend and her were going back and forth until she stated she would clock out and fight us, we have a child in the car, we had no intention of doing any of that. So we told her we'd call the cops for harassment, and she did not like that. She then threw a soda into a car window, got soda all over our brand new car, in our car, on my boyfriend and our child. We definitely called the cops after that. I believe this managers name was Lily, African American, about 5'6 and had glasses. She was quite young and has no business being a manager, let alone have a job. As we were waiting for the police in the parking lot she started recording us through the drive thru window flipping us off, and then 2 little youngsters decided they were all big and bad with their backpacks looks like they just got out of school coming up to our vehicle throwing gang signs and provocative hand signs in front of our child. And they also were recording us. So we're assuming she called her buddies over. Overall we just went to another location where the service was exceptional, this location needs better management because clearly their ability to not have any self control is just insane to me. We've already taken the measures to have this reported to the higher ups, and we are speaking with a lawyer, this location has always given us a problem but this would be assault, and as big as McDonalds is, they definitely don't need immature, aggressive individuals working for...
Read moreFirst time in a long time i have experienced this. They did not listen to our order. They were nice about it. But it took them three time to get our order right. One weird thing, after they gave us the second bag of food, we tried to give the first bag back and they didn't take it which is standard because it is a health hazard. When we got our third bag of food and they wanted both bags of food back. Which is a health hazard. We ordered a simple sandwich with no meat. An egg and cheese biscuit "sub mcgriddle" for our kid cause she's a vegetarian. Guy rings it up as a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle "no bacon". We got up to the window to pay and explained what it was suppose to be and she rung it up as a bacon egg and cheese biscuit "sub mcgriddle". After we had just explained that she's a vegetarian. She said sorry and said she would let them know that it's not suppose to have the bacon. We get to the last window and i asked the girl if there is meat on the sandwiches and she said yes. I told her that it's not suppose to have that. So they took them back and just removed the big pieces of bacon off but when i check them there was still little pieces on there. After we got our new bag we started to drive away. I check the sandwiches and they had sausage on them. Finally went in the building, and they got the order right. They did give a refund for the trouble. Here's the thing though if they had just listened this would not have happened. I used to work for mcdonald's and you don't just take something off, you remake the entire sandwich. There shouldn't be that much anxiety caused by ordering food...
Read moreI came in with my granddaughters and we ordered off the kiosk. It was easy enough until it wouldn't shoot out a receipt. I tried to get a receipt from the cashier, but she was lost for words and had no clue what to do but have an anxiety attack trying to get the manager to pay attention to her for one moment. When the manager (long haired blonde female) finally gave her Attention to the situation, she argued the fact I ordered because it wasn't on the monitor. I pulled up my online bank account to make sure the order got placed. I showed her and she said, "It's not like I don't believe you, but..." then it popped up on the monitor. I was then Unhappy with her Lack of Professionalism toward my issue and How she treated her employee. I received our order and the Chicken nuggets were still a bit Uncooked, I only ate 7 out of a 10 pack and took the other 10 pack home to deep fry on my own. My grandaughters burger had Blackened Leaf lettuce on it and I took it to the front. The same situation, the employee was lost for words and the same manager was unpleasant to her and me and loudly commented to the cook in the back, "You Put THIS on a Burger" ...
