WinCo Pizza — Restaurant in Eugene

One reveiwer wrote 4 years ago that there is no longer a Leonardi's Pizza on Barger, but there most definitely is (inside WinCo) and it's awesome. I have been getting pizza there since 2005 when I moved back to OR and it is a family favorite. You have a choice between bake-your-own or baked (for $1 more), they have pizza by the slice, one of the few official Icee machines left in Lane County and great daily specials. I love WinCo. I shopped at Waremart before it was WinCo. I have been buying grinders from their pizza department since they had a pizza department. My problem is that over the past year I have asked for extra chicken on my sandwich, mainly to offset the carbs with protein, but the employees are telling me that they are not allowed to sell me extra chicken... That has to be one of the stupidest things that I have ever heard from a food business.. I can't sell you more food... I would love to have a personal talk with the genius who came up with...

Who would have thought the third (I think) best rated pizza in town would be in WinCo. Leonardi's is actually my favorite pizza.
