Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Evans

—- today is May 24th, 2025 —- and I’m editing this review. We tried to order two stuffed crust pizzas and noticed that the price was nearly $40 for two medium stuffed crust pizzas. We called into the store and talked with the general manager, and he said that the prices are dictated by corporate and that’s what it was the price that we had to have.

I’m changing my rating to this store to two stars. We had an issue because they weren’t cutting the pizza correctly, and the general manager did hear me out and provide me with the next order free and the pizza was cut correctly, but at this point with the way that he’s doing his pricing, we are not gonna go here anymore.

We then called the other dominoes that’s just north of us and I’ll be putting a review for them shortly and ask them the price of the same order. It was $24.97. Compare that to the $37 that this store was trying to charge me. Interesting to me that the price at this store was more than $10 over the price of this other store. That’s only five minutes away.

Reed is great! Went the extra mile and got us the best deal because we were having difficulty deciding which coupons to use online. He encouraged us to get extra cheese on one of the pizza’s we ordered at no extra charge for...

I usually have great service with this Dominoes, but today I never got my order. I called the store 36 minutes after the auto-text said the driver was on her/his way. I was told the system was prematurely sending out texts and indicating delivery was complete in the app. I was assured my delivery would be there in 5 minutes. Fifteen minutes passed and no food. Called store again and talked with manager who argued with me that it was delivered 55 minutes earlier. I told her it was not because I monitored my security camera continuously and physically checked my porch multiple times. She said my neighbor must have stole my food, and I told her the driver either delivered the food to the wrong house or stole it. I demanded a refund and ended up hanging up because manager was still arguing with me. Ordered a Large Deluxe Pizza on 10-28-25 for pickup. I arrive and the rep claims that people put in fake tips online and insist that I sign the receipt and give him a TIP! He wouldn't give me my order if I didn't sign and give him a TIP! I explained to him, that I always tip in cash, which I had in my shirt pocket. So, I signed and gave him a $2.00 TIP. The funny part is that I had $5.00 in my pocket that I was going to give him. LOL! What a moron...LOL!. I get home and the pizza had little to no ingredients on it. This place is going down hill with service like, you should be ashamed of the service you provide to YOUR customers!!! I didn't get his name, however he looked to be around 300 lbs.
