The manager here is EXTREMELY rude. I have worked in F&B customer service for 15+ years, and have never encountered someone so incredibly hostile. She never even cared to tell me her name. I apparently spoke directly to her when I tried to call and cancel an online I order I made by mistake (I was trying to use a different location because it was closer to where I was) she answered the phone and immediately put me on hold; when she returned to the call she asked me what I needed and I responded with I needed to cancel an online order I made by mistake she said ok and hung up the phone. Not knowing the name mind you … so I called back and told her that I was “so and so and I needed to cancel my order I just spoke with you 5 minutes ago but you didn’t ask my name.” Again she said ok I will refund it it will take 7-10 business days. More than 10 days later it’s not returned to the account so I contacted her again. Calling the store asking to speak to the manager. She gets on the phone I explain that I spoke to a lady on the specific date and she informed me that I would be refunded on this specific order. She proceeds to tell me “im the LADY or WOMAN that you are speaking about and I did refund the money” I said well ma’am it’s not on the bank account and cleared the account on such and such date so it was never cancelled. She then proceeded to tell me that she cancelled the order and couldn’t help the bank. Also, let me know, that I apparently submitted the same exact order that wasn’t cancelled and was picked up. This wasn’t the truth — I did place the same order to a different store where I did in fact proceed to pick it up. Moral of the story is as soon as I hung up the phone the money was refunded and immediately credited to the account. Letting me know what I knew all along that she never cancelled the order to begin with. Next time just say that you made a mistake and correct it as someone with experience in this field people tend to appreciate the truth over...
Read moreThey charged me twice one for 16.40 which is what I owed and once for 21.60 that I did not.I called the next day to let them know and was told by a nice young lady named Amber that it will probably drop off. I gave it a few days and called back. Manager would call me back, she was too busy to talk to me. Called again Manager still could not speak with me too busy. Finally an employee told me I would have to prove it with paperwork from my bank. Not sure why she can't check her cc captures, but ok, I will take off work, go to my bank get paperwork and bring it to you. I must deserve it since you messed up and charged me twice right?? So I take the paperwork in and somehow I am a problem to them. After she scrutinizes my paperwork from the bank. She takes my reciept for the proper amount charged and refunds me that money, well that is not the amount you owe me. You owe me the $21.60 that was not my charge. Oh well I can only refund you the reciept. Really?? Funny you did not give me a reciept for the wrong amount, only the $16.40 that I actually owed you. So I brought the bank paperwork for what?? She gave me a pizza for the money owed me. I was shocked, I did not want to buy a pizza. It is only $5, really? I work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day, I had to leave work to do this, and if I am not at work, I would like to be with my daughter, not being talked to like I did something wrong! Incompetent! Read moreI have been going to this location since 2016 when I moved to Georgia and even through the Covid-19 pandemic. This company has been innovative and changing up and adding to their menu and exceeding expectations even in the hardest of times. You have been there for us the customer even when times were difficult. Delivery has been fast and efficient and great delivery drivers Stacy to name the one I had tonight. I have had such a great experience with this location that I refuse to order from anywhere else. The pizza and quality is better than Pizza Hut and dominoes or any other pizza place combined. Keep it up everyone that works there you are helping people that can’t leave their homes you are feeding healthcare workers, social workers, teachers, police officers, firefighters, Walmart employees you are helping people from all over the place. You are feeding families and keeping families closer together that are able to eat at home and have another meal and eat dinner thanks to all of you.
