Subway — Restaurant in Evans

We have used this Subway since it opened but lately the service has been poor at best. We went there this past Thursday evening around 7:00 pm. There were two young men working or should I say they were there, and working had nothing to do with it. There was no one ahead of us and we stood there for over 15 minutes waiting for one of them to take our order. They took and order over the telephone and started on it right away, while we still were waiting. In the mean time, a lady that was at a table went to the drink machine to refill her cup and the top of the ice machine feel on her head and hit the floor. One of the geniuses behind the counter just looked over the chip display and said nothing. He did not even bother to pick up the ic machine top and just left it on the floor. He then went over to the other guy and just stood there while we were still waiting for service. They never even acknowledged we were stand there. We also observed the one young man making the telephone order use the same pair of plastic gloves to touch the telephone, cash register, his face and wipe them on his pants and then start touching the food. He also had long bushy hair and was not wearing any head covering. We just turned and left . This place has become really sorry and nasty. We won't be back, and I suggest folks look else where...

I have gone to this location many times before and it has been okay service. However, I went there a few days ago and the experience was horrible. There were 3 employees there and they were all sitting down at the tables when I came in. They got up to go behind the counter, but they had the attitude like I was interrupting their break. I think 2 of the employees may have been the owners. They were very rude and watching every move the other employee was doing making the sandwiches. Also, the woman who was not making the sandwiches was questioning every topping I was adding to the sandwiches as if I was doing something illegal. Is it not the concept to have the sandwiches made your way. When I was checking out I had a coupon, the old man at the register snatched the coupon out of my hand rudely. He did not say thank you or nothing, just a nasty sour look on his face. In conclusion, I felt very uncomfortable there and I will not spend my hard earned money...

lol they are rude. Went in at 8:40, employees have an attitude right from the start and when walking out, not even half way to the exit door they turn all the lights off and give a condescending smirk when doing it. It took no time to make the sandwich, actually only 6 min to complete everything including paying. Turns out they close at 9 however, at-least wait till the customer is out the door to turn the lights off on us, considering there was still 14 min before closing time, it’s just rude, in 45 seconds we would have been out the door anyways. I guess that explains the attitude from the get go, that it was getting close to closing time however if you don’t want to take 6 min to make a sandwich 20 minutes before closing, go ahead and turn the open sign off and the lights off. The others close at 10 so we didn’t even think this one closed earlier. I get the employees are ready to get off but no need for...
