Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Evans

Being in the industry for 15 years, I was appalled with the customer service. I asked very very nicely for a remake. I had ordered a sugar free coffee from a different location over an hour away. Just an iced latte, nothing fancy. It wasn’t sugar free, and unfortunately I just had surgery and sugar will make me physically ill in high quantities. I asked if this location could make me a new one, though I knew it wasn’t their fault. They rudely told me that they would be charging me again for it because the stores had different owners? Ummm…. Shouldn’t we be more concerned with the satisfaction of the Ziggy’s brand, than who owns the store? And refusing to make a $7 cup of coffee that I’m positive wouldn’t have been missed? Just a thought. Also, had I not said it was from another store, who’s to say they even would have noticed? Furthermore, they didn’t even know which store I came from, maybe the owner owned that one too, you never know lol, don’t understand how it even matters anyway. Completely dissatisfied, and angry with the help I did...

Don’t go to this ziggis tbh there’s an older lady that is always at the window not friendly more of a passive aggressive personality always has a comment about my order and last time I seen her put my sandwich in the paper wrapper after she hesitated and look at it…yea well when I opened it it looked like half the bread was bitten off it was also super soggy anyway, to sum it up, I will not be coming back to the Ziggy‘s. I’ll just go out of my way to another one, I never have bad experiences like the one in Evans, more because I always get that lady if it was somebody else like the other Ziggis, yes I’d go back, but I’m not gonna take a chance to get her...

I used to love this ziggies. The whole atmosphere and customer service was what made me love ziggies more than Starbucks. BUT lately I've been in the afternoon and the staff didn't listen and gave me everything I said I didn't want in my drinks and food, they were rude when I got to the window. Stopped going in the afternoon after the 3rd time of being annoyed they didn't listen and rude. Went in the morning, nicer but still did not listen and then gave me my total then added an item at the end making my total more than what they told me it was this was after I gave them my card. Get your receipt folks but I'll be finding the next...
