Being in the industry for 15 years, I was appalled with the customer service. I asked very very nicely for a remake. I had ordered a sugar free coffee from a different location over an hour away. Just an iced latte, nothing fancy. It wasnât sugar free, and unfortunately I just had surgery and sugar will make me physically ill in high quantities. I asked if this location could make me a new one, though I knew it wasnât their fault. They rudely told me that they would be charging me again for it because the stores had different owners? UmmmâŚ. Shouldnât we be more concerned with the satisfaction of the Ziggyâs brand, than who owns the store? And refusing to make a $7 cup of coffee that Iâm positive wouldnât have been missed? Just a thought. Also, had I not said it was from another store, whoâs to say they even would have noticed? Furthermore, they didnât even know which store I came from, maybe the owner owned that one too, you never know lol, donât understand how it even matters anyway. BUT lately I've been in the afternoon and the staff didn't listen and gave me everything I said I didn't want in my drinks and food, they were rude when I got to the window. Stopped going in the afternoon after the 3rd time of being annoyed they didn't listen and rude. Went in the morning, nicer but still did not listen and then gave me my total then added an item at the end making my total more than what they told me it was this was after I gave them my card.
