Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Evansville

I don't eat here often but today I went through the drive thru on my way home from work. I got through in a timely manner and the girl at the window was nice. But I got home and opened my food and there is barely any food to cover the bottom of the container. I ordered a rice bowl and the picture made it look so good.. but in a comparison.. you can see in the pics. Definitely wasn't 12 bucks worth of food in this. First pic of what the menu showed and the other 2 pics are of what they gave me. And I haven't even taken the lid off the container yet. .... Now I'm continuing this review now that I have tasted the food.. NO.. the rice doesn't even taste like they cooked it. It's so hard I can't even chew it, it brakes when I tried. I just had to throw it all away. WOW...

Not only did I find METAL in my hush puppies, they literally argued about giving me the 4.95$ back for the full order of the metal infested food and my drink. I actually had to bring the drink back inside for the rest of the money. You think that if somebody bit into metal in the food they are serving, they would want to refund the full amount of the order. Especially a small one. But I guess this one has such bad customer service, they can’t afford to have a 4.95$ loss. I don’t understand how stupid and negligent people have to be to let things like this happen. This is the worst ran fast food establishment I have ever been to. I’m literally only leaving the one star review so people can see the type of food this...

Placed order and paid for then directed to wait at a posted and designated pick- area. Wired up attendant was recalled because as packed, order was incomplete. Fish portions were thinner than remembered from the decade or two since last visiting a Long John Silver's. That was a complaint I had during lent when Wendy's serves up its much anticipated fish sandwich to the menu. We accompanied our take-home with family size cole slaw and family size string beans. Family size was only pint size containers. Those portions were adequate for three seniors appetites. More condiment packets (requested malt vinegar and tartar sauce) than necessary were provided.
