Big BERN Shouldn’t be a manager You have so many other better options working there. She also refused to give me her name and said that she’s not allowed to. That’s what I told her she is Supposed to give me her name being the on shift manager you have that right and not giving your name when you’re just a regular employee but when you signed up for a manager position that’s part of it. Big Bern then advised me I couldn’t get my food that was ordered through the mobile app at 10:05 showed up at 10:15 to pick it up She advised me they would have to give me a refund that they couldn’t make it. It was past lunch mind you this food was ordered during breakfast. If it’s ordered during breakfast it should have to be fulfilled not we will put the money back on the card. Secondly BERN the white lady manager said that I would have to have the card that it was ordered with through the mobile app and order for it to be added back to the card if you’ve already taken the money for the food and you can’t fulfill the order it doesn’t matter how you get it back to them if they didn’t have the card, you should have to give them cash at that point it is Your guys mess up no one else’s I didn’t have the card on me that it was purchased with because I bought it on the mobile app. BERN should not be a manager she should be a regular employee. Read moreI've been to this location at least once a week for the last year & I have to say this was one of the worst experiences at a McDonald's. First, I order through the app and wait in line for the speaker. As I pull up to the speaker I sit and wait for about 3 mins before a woman gets on the mic and says "are you the order for the cookies". Confused, I say No. 10 Mins passes by of me and my family sitting at the speaker as I've constantly said "excuse me" or "hello" as I got no response but 3 cars were able to pull up to the other speaker, be greeted and order and pull forward meanwhile I assumed it was a malfunction so I just pulled forward in line I worked fast food in high school so i understand how sensitive the drive thru sensors are. As I get to the window , a woman with blonde hair, in her 30's, was still ignoring me as I sat there, I just sat on my phone until she realized I was there and told her "I was waiting at the speaker but nobody responded so I pulled up" and she said rudely "I've been on both lanes all night so you didn't say anything" Keep in mind my wife is next to me and confused as well to why the Manager is so hostile towards us on top of she witnessed us being ignored. I tell her "well I don't know but you need to check the mic" and for no reason she starts yelling saying "IVE BEEN WORKING BOTH LANES SO NO YOU DIDNT" And i automatically asked her why she was yelling and she slammed the drive thru window to the point where the force slammed it them opened it again and she slammed it shut so I pull forward to the second window as I've already paid for my order & 20 mins into waiting in line. Kudos to the employee that apologized and did the best he could to reverse a bad situation. Sadly, my fries were ice cold, My burger wasn't correct nor warm & i was missing some things to my order. I just simply threw it in the garbage as i just wasted $34 on terrible food and terrible service....

Apparently, this location requires customers not to discover the food is incorrectly made by biting into it. We must open the sandwich top and find out that way. Absurd. Who does that, when the food they have ordered was in the drive-through? The entire point is the convenience of being able to drive away while eating it.
Issues like this are why I stopped ordering the premium items. It is a rather expensive mistake, considering the gas and time to go back and have them remake the items. Especially when one of the items was bitten into, and therefore cannot be replaced according to management.
Despite the order having been placed directly at the window and not at the ordering kiosk at all. There was simply no excuse for the misunderstanding. I cannot abide pickles. They are abhorrent.
It makes me never want to visit this location again, as it is not the first time I’ve been so thoroughly disgusted by the order errors. Even when I have managed to place the order on the app, there is always something messed up. Since I am currently on my way to service an Insta cart order, I am unable to even go back and get my LUNCH fixed properly. Breakfast, by the way, was at 6 AM this morning. So I am going to be staring at other people’s food for potentially hours more before I get to eat. Such a wonderful experience… not…
