McDonald's — Restaurant in Evansville

The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, extra Pickles & Onions is my favorite treat at McDonald's! I try to show up before 10:30 on days I know I am going to have lunch at Mc D's. That way, it is going to be as fresh as it is ever going to be, as I am there before the lunch menu even flips over!

Anthony, the store manager, said I can go ahead and order, as he knew what I wanted. Sure thing Brother, I will take the Double Quarter Pounder with Super Sized Fries!

I have been to most Mc Donald's around Evansville, and there is one closer to my house then this one on Lincoln, but, this one normally always gives me the best service, the freshest food, and has a nice clean, relaxed atmosphere.

The one Mc Donald's I will never go back to is the one across the street from the mall.

This Double Quarter was not as juicy as I thought it should be, but I do remember reading somewhere that Mc Donald's now has a new meat producer? Not sure, but, it was the first ones off the grill, and it just was not as I remember from the last time being here.

Also, the bun had a rock hard spot on it, and I was trying to figure out if it was cooked that way, or just stale as all can be. Looks like it was cooked that way?

In any case, Anthony, or who ever is there always takes good care of everyone, so I hate to give any kind of negative for my favorite Mc Donald's, but, just keeping it honest and legit. The bun was disappointing this time, but, don't let that scare anyone off, as this is the first time at this Mc Donald's.

I wouldn’t even give this location a 1 star rating. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an egg white delight. I noticed the order was wrong when I pulled out. So I went back through the drive thru to notify that my order was wrong. The lady at the payment window told me I’d have to come inside, so I pulled up to the next window so I could notify them that I had a newborn in the car. One lady said again that I needed to come inside to exchange the sandwich. I asked to speak with the manager. She was extremely rude.. stated “sorry this is our policy” I explained again that I had a sleeping newborn in the back seat. She didn’t care.. I then asked for the general managers number and she stated “I am the manager.” I asked for the corporate/general managers number and she said she wasn’t allowed to give me that number. Another coworker finally stood up for me and said “Just give her the correct sandwich. She’s got her receipt and we clearly see that it’s wrong!” She apologized for the “so called manager’s” behavior and gave me the right sandwich, but after all of this, I didn’t even eat the sandwich because of the big deal that was made and I was so upset with how I was treated! This lady DOES NOT need to be in management. I did receive a number from one of the co-workers for the general managers office. Left a voicemail, but not even sure if this is the...

McDonalds on Lincoln Ave and all other owned by this franchisee has completely Lost My Business! The location in newburgh which I frequent and is walking distance from my office will no longer get my money. Additionally, the Greenriver Rd location will no longer get my business. I am going to find all locales owned by this franchisee and Never Walk my Dollars in there Again!

Lincolin Ave, handed me a large caramel frape only 3/4 full. I called when I got home and the employee said come back we can replace it! Earlier the other employee told me well that's ehat came out of the machine! So when I asked to get it another time he asked for my name and I gave it. He told me just to come back! I came back at 7 am today and the manager told me utsi not our policy to take names. I said since when? She told me years. I then asked her do you really want to lose a customer over this because I'll never come back? She talked over me offered nothing more than being Ok with losing me and my money as a customer! When I asked for money back for my breakfast she asked me what's wrong with it? Really? So I told her it's rancid....full of cockroaches! She really wanted to further aggrivate me and asked for a receipt! Ive been a customer since 95 but...
