Don't go Dunkin....Don't look for Krispy and drive past the Bank and arrive here instead!! I've been coming here for years and have never had a disappointment!! When you walk in the first thing you notice is THE SMELLS!!! Just fresh bread being baked and a slight bit of sweet aroma at the entrance and beyond!! Grab a tray and a set of tongs and start picking and choosing these wonderful breads and pastries.. You'll fill up the tray that's a guarantee, you won't be able to narrow it down and you'll get 2 of everything there!! Everything is good.and the price is very reasonable.. The only thing we haven't tried yet is a birthday cake but soon we'll try that to! Stop in grab 1 or 50 you'll ve glad you did

Great little family owned bakery cooking up Delicious Mexican Breads, Desserts, and Pastries. The Jalapeno Cheese Bread is one of our favorites, and their cute little loafs of bread are also very delicious! The Blueberry Muffins are our favorite dessert there, and they have some other good Mexican Specialty items that may just be what you are craving and looking for to tame your taste buds! We are here every week, and the people are friendly and welcoming, and always have a smile. Really nice people, so when you are cruising down Washington, take a pit stop and grab a few items and see what your favorites are.... You will not be disappointed!

I'm giving this a four based on the fact this is as close to authentic bakery for Latina food that you're going to find anywhere around here. The lady who helped me was super sweet. They have empanadas with almost every fruit, pan dulces, conchas, and tres leche. My favorite is the pan dulce creme horn--pictured below. I love Bavarian creme, though. Prices were moderate--aprox $1.50 an item.

This is my first time trying Mexican Bakery! Very nice family owned business. Kind and friendly owner+staffs. The Store is clean. Several varieties of bakeries. Some items have the label with the name. But some don’t have the label. So I think it would be nice if they have a label for every item with a brief description on what it is/ whats the filling so that customers(who may not be familiar with Mexican bakery) know what it is. The item that i like (I don’t know what it is called ) is the bread with the white sesame seeds on it and it has Jalapeño cream cheese filling inside. When i bought I didnt know that it has the filling inside. So i was surprised when eating it. The bread is delicious ,light, airy soft! Its So good That I think they could sell it for a higher price. I will go back and try other...

Senior Miguel impressed me with his pastries. My husband and I were visiting Evansville for the weekend. We were up late Saturday night and I was looking at a book that was named Evansville something something...It introduces one to the city of Evansville and some of its restaurants.......any ways I was flipping thru it and I ran into Mexican restaurants and other things. I noticed some delicious Mexican pastries and immediately I told my husband that I wanted to go there Sunday morning.... Departing our hotel, we went straight to Panaderia San Miguel a few miles down the road. Nothing fancy about the building, just good freshly baked sweet bread... Mr. Miguel......gracias, you out did yourself. Till next time...I wish I could post pictures here. Look at trip advisory there...
