Ordered at 1:49 p.m. today for my boyfriend. 45 minutes passed and the driver called and said it'll be another 30-40 minutes. I told him that it has already been 45 minutes and Stephan said that he would put my delivery 1st. (We live down the street anyways) Another 25 minutes went by and still no food so I called to cancel the order because my bf had to go to work at 330. Stephan called back and said next time we order to tell them to give us a coupon for free crab rangoons. We called back later tonight to order the same thing because he hasn't eaten all day due to the 1st incident. We told them what Stephan told us to tell them and the lady was so rude and was literally yelling at us saying that she didn't know what Stephan told us so she can't do anything about it. My bf tried to tell her it was ok, he didn't want the free rangoons anymore if they can't do it and tried to finish his order but the lady was yelling again saying that the delivery total had to be $15 or more. Again he wasn't finished with the order yet so there was no point in yelling at him like that. We called her rude and hung up the phone. No one (especially a food service person) will talk to my bf like that and Lincoln Garden just lost a customer for life. We went here instead of Happy Garden because they deliver but I'd rather go pick up my food from Happy Garden and be Happy than to ever go back to this...

The food was decent, the crab rangoons were a little strange, but overall it's close by and I would come here for quick and speedy takeout, and the pricing isn't bad. 10% for ordering online which is a plus too.
One dish we had the pleasure of eating was General Tso's Chicken and Lo Mein Noodles, and the noodles tasted great, but the Tso's was much to be desired. It said online that it was hot, but I didn't taste any spice at all, it felt like sweet sauce instead so that was disappointing, but it was decent still. It felt like standard tso's that I would get a buffet instead of an authentic Chinese restaurant.
The other dish was orange chicken and rice. The orange chicken was good, but was lacking in sauce somewhat, you can see in the picture there were chicken without sauce on them on the left, which makes me think the sauce was poured on the last second instead of cooked with it.
The crab Rangoon were good, but they were shaped as triangles instead of traditional sizes. Not much crab in them though, I wish they were cheaper on the crab Rangoon, have been to some that offer 6 for $3...
I would go again though, but I wasn't blown away, which is why I am giving it an...

Or would you order out again from this establishment? YES, to all questions! Last night I placed an order through DoorDash and I meant to take pictures to post on the website. But the food looked so delicious. I couldn't help but immediately delve in to hour. Order which included General Tso Chicken, Orange Chicken, fried dumpling, chicken skewers, spring rolls, fried Rangoon, chicken lo mein, and chicken fried rice. We were very pleased with all items ordered. I'll add to this review when I order again from door dash or I may go in person. I would like to add photos because the presentation was excellent particularly for an order placed through a delivery company. The Spring. Rolls were light crispy and absolutely delicious in the crab Rangoon was full of fresh cheese, light crisp and just divine! You cannot go wrong ordering food from here.Try it you will enjoy...
