Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Evansville

Ordered pizza, wings and drinks for myself and son Saturday and over an hour later no food so I called and McKinsey told me my order had been canceled because there was no apartment number on my order and said they tried to call (lies) and while looking at my order on my app yes there was an apartment number. Spoke to the GM Rylan and he said he was standing right beside her while she called(more lies) and I asked for his AD number only to be told he can’t give that out. I called the customer service line and the lady was very helpful and as I was on the phone with her I reordered my food from the greenriver road store and it was delivered before I finished my complaint with the agent, so big ups to Pizza Hut on greenriver road, oh and they called to let me know they were here because you have to have a key to get into my building. I don’t recommend the Pizza Hut on covert ave because their customer service skills are terrible and they don’t value the customer at all. I hope this reaches the AD because I’d like to speak...

I'm giving a pizza Hut I would normally give 4 stars a 1 star review and here is why. Not so long ago it was easy to call in an order. They have forwarded their calls to a call center in Texas. I have tried to place an order several times in the past month only to become very frustrated, hang up and drive to the pizza Hut just to place my order. If you go to the Covert Ave Pizza Hut you are treated well and in a timely manner are served your order. If you have to call in your order expect an extreme amount of frustration. Pizza Hut, lose the call center and let the stores resume control. Please...

Update. Even though I hung up in frustration the call center still proceeded to place the order. I just received a call from the delivery driver asking me to answer the door. I just left the Pizza Hut. These call centers need to no use people who do not speak or understand the local language (American English). Very...

First and last time ordering from this Pizza Hut. Customer service was horrible. Placed my order and was told it would be an hour and 14 min wait for delivery. I agreed. So an hour and a half into waiting on the pizza and it hadn't arrived I called. They said it was on the way. 39 minutes later a total of 2 hrs waiting for 2 medium pizzas and I call and they are closed but it gave an option of staying on the line if your order hadn't been delivered. After being hung on 3 times. One finally picked up and very rudely stated they were closed. After being put on hold I was informed that being as I was a new customer the delivery driver was trying to reach me to verify my address. They never called and I gave them my address when I ordered. It's not that complicated. Will not be ordering from them...
