Subway — Restaurant in Evansville

I'M GOING TO MAKE THIS SHORT. THIS WAS OUR GO TO ONE! NOT ANYMORE!! THEY CLOSE AT 10PM WE MAKE IT THERE AROUND 9ISH.THERE WERE 2 EMPLOYEES 1 WAS VERY NICE AND WASN'T RUSHING. THE OTHER 1 WAS IN A RUSH SHE STARTED ON OUR SANDWICHES. WE ORDERED ALOT SO SHE LAID THEM ALL OUT. THAT'S FINE AND ALL BE ATLEAST COVER THEM UP!! I SEE A FLY AMD WHEN I SPOT THE FLY I SAY THERE'S A FLY. IT LANDS ON ONE OF OUR SANDWICHES. SO WE SAY WE DON'T WANT IT. THE ONE THAT WAS RUSHING SAYS WHAT PART DID IT LAND ON! WE SAID IT DOESN'T MATTER WE DON'T WANT THE SANDWICH AT ALL!! IT WAS AS IF SHE GOT MAD! I WAS LIKE OH WELL HAVING ALL OF THEM OUT LIKE THAT YOU WOULD THINK TO COVERED THEM UP!! SO THE NICE LADY WAS TRYING MAKE SURE IT DIDN'T LAND ON ANY OF THE OTHER ONES. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE CAME FROM THE BACK AND YELLED AT HER IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! I'M GUESSING BECAUSE THEY HAD TO THROW OUT ONE SANDWICH THAT A FLY LANDED ON!! HAVEN'T...

Walked in talk to the person behind the counter told her I had a coupon. The sandwiches were prepared got to the counter to pay for the sandwiches and she said they were no longer excepting coupons. She could’ve told me that in the beginning, and I would not have ordered the sandwiches. I am on a budget and was trying to save money. I spent almost $30 on two sandwiches that I could not afford. I feel I was treated wrong and I need to be compensated for her, not telling me in the beginning that they were not accepting coupons this is not the first time that I have had issues with this Particular store they are unfriendly and very rude. I will never visit them again even though I live across the street from them...

Whoever was working today 1/7 must have really hated their job. I had the unfortunate experience of getting quite literally the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever had from Subway. I requested it toasted - it was not - bread was so soggy and the grilled chicken was ice cold. Just SO much sauce like an amount to where I really do think it was aggressive. Disgusting sandwich and I paid money for that? The Newburgh Subway and Jersey Mikes are much better and I should have known better than to stray.
