My fiancรฉ and I went in last night before close, and woke up this morning vomiting/sick from both ends. It was the only thing we ate that evening. I called with my receipt this morning hoping to get a refund (this has only ever happened once before at Fazolis and they offered me a refund so I figured this was plausible.) After asking countless questions, as minuscule and meaningless as what we ate for breakfast that morning (lol) and being very condescending โ we were told We were they would contact their insurance department and their insurance department would contact us. โAs far as a refund, no.โ
While I donโt like having to call out a business โ because things happen, I dislike even more when they donโt take responsibility for their mistakes. I absolutely believe it was food poisoning. Immediately after picking up the phone from his employee explaining things, the manager acted as if we were lying and just an inconvenience to his day, rather than that he was going to fix the issue. His attitude was terrible, irritated, and almost as if he wanted to laugh in my face. I just told him Iโd be contacting the health department to let them know and said goodbye.
If a $20 order refund can bring out the worst in you, perhaps you need a different job lol. Do not eat here late in the evening. Iโve eaten here before and been fine but...
ย ย ย Read moreI don't normally get on and give reviews like this but the service was so poor that I couldn't help but post this review every time I go through of course they're slow I mean more than 30 minute wait times they don't compensate for the lack of speed and fast food service and the reason I'm writing this review today is because not only did we have to wait about 30 minutes in line to get our food they gave us the wrong order and since they're dine-in's not open I couldn't just drive around and go in and reported I had to either go through the line again or reverse back causing an inconvenience and then had to stand out in the cold weather to wait for the lawn to clear up to get into the window to let them know and then they wouldn't even compensate in any kind of way for the mess up ended up being at Burger King for almost an hour just to get my money back got there at 9:30 p.m. didn't leave till about 10:30 p.m. give or take would not recommend this Burger King to go to for anyone until they step it up and I wouldn't even write this Burger King a one star but had to to post this review!!!!!!!! So if you're looking for poor service long wait times and poor management then you should definitely go to this Burger King on...

As follows Whopper Jr no tomato and rach dipping sauce for nuggets small fry and coke. Had tomatoes, old dried up fries and nuggets.) 2 and 3. Whopper Jr no onion, ranch and honey mustard one sprite and 1 coke (only 1 with no onion again non edible fries/nuggets. I coke and 1 rootbeer) Whopper Jr no ketchup, ranch dipping and diet coke. More ketchup than lettuce, mayo, pickles and onions combined. And a rootbeer)
We received 2 ranch and 2 BBQ sauces.
When he arrived to pick up manager (we think) yelled "we'll what's the name when" when she asked it was pick up order. Then proceeded to tell we didn't have an order. When shown screenshot of confirmed order she started yelling and cussing with employees. Was rude to us. One employee said he was calling the regional manager and she told him to clock out and go home. Another young lady asked her to quit yelling at her.
