Well, went back to Popeye's and didn't have quite the good tme we had the first time. Wife wanted Hush puppy shrimp that was on the sign outside and on the sign inside the restaurant. She was informed they no longer carry that even though it's still being advertised, so she went for a 3 piece white meat dinner which included a breast and 2 wings. She was informed after she ordered that they don't have any breast meat up and it would be 12 minutes so she ended up with 4 wings. They said if it came up and we were still there they would bring the breast out to her and we were there and they did not do that. To backup a bit we walked in the restaurant and the counter gal was at the counter doing something and it took her forever to decide to stop doing it and wait on us. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries that chicken sandwich was great but the fries were chewy and cold. We just did not have a good experience this time, 2 stars. 1st review below My wife and I had not been to Popeye's for some time, thought we would check it out, once again. My wife ordered chicken tenders with a Blackened Ranch dip. As her sides, she ordered coleslaw and Cajun fries. I tasted her coleslaw and we both agreed that it is some of the best coleslaw we've had in quite a while, it is cream based. The Cajun fries were spiced just right. They get cold quickly, they're small and thin fries, but worth the price. We did have to ask for ketchup and I had to go back to the counter to get the ranch dip that they were supposed to put in the bag. I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich combo, comes with a side and drink. The chicken sandwich was indeed spicy. I loved the taste and the heat, it was a combination of ranch and Buffalo sauce, I think. But it was quite spicy, to my liking. The chicken was not quite as big as you see on TV, that thing on TV is huge, but it was quite a good sized piece of white meat. I enjoyed the sandwich quite a bit. For a side I ordered the Red Beans and Rice. They were nothing to shout about, they were OK, barely. Everything was quite good except for the Red Beans and Rice. They basically tasted like black beams with rice in them. I've had Red Beans and Rice in New Orleans, so I guess I'm spoiled. Everything else is quite good. I give them a strong 4 stars.

I like to get to Popeyes at 10 am when they open, as I love my food super hot and fresh. Straight out of the cooker is best!! People were friendly today, and the lady even brought the food out to my table. Great Service!! My favorite is the Spicy bird, and the taters with gravy is just awesome! However, I don't have kids to go with me, but I always notice that the high chairs never seem to be cleaned. I was the first one in today, as usual when I go, so it is the night shift not doing a good cleaning job of the dining area. I enjoyed it so much today, I am going back tomorrow and gonna do it again!!

Placed our order at 8:50 and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. We had to pull back around the building and ask for an update for them to finally put together our order at 9:30 This thigh is the same size as the biscuit or even a little smaller. We tried to get there at a reasonable time before close and had to wait for 6 other people who were told to park as well. The person in the window was not happy to be there or that people were even talking to her. You could here her making snide comments as we left. Sorry I wanted chicken for dinner.

Been to this location twice. Beyond bad experience both times. First time, one of my daughters and myself went through the drive thru. Neither of us had ever had Popeyes before and couldn't wait to see what it was all about. Spent 40-45 minutes in the drive thru. We each had a coupon (paid separately) but the manager didn't know how to ring it in and it took every bit of 10 minutes for he and another employee to figure it out. He had put someone else's orders on with ours and my daughter got told a different amount at the window than what he had said when she ordered. Chicken was dusty, tasted only of flour and so dry I could hardly tear into it. Bland everything. There was no slaw, I didn't get offered a drink. The second time, went into the lobby. The same manager taking orders. He doesn't greet anyone, no smile, no pleasantries, just "what do you want?" Attitude. No one asks if you want mild, spicy or blackened. No one asks if you want sauce. There are items on the menu board they apparently don't sell but there's nothing that would tell you that. I told the man to please add on an extra biscuit, he stared at me like he wanted to tell me off. I didn't get offered a drink but my daughter ordered same exact thing and got a drink. Again, wasn't asked what kind of chicken I wanted or sauce. 10 people now waiting in the lobby and not one of us got acknowledged. It took forever. Manager and employees all moving oddly slow, quiet, no communication, though there were 2 lines of cars around the building. The manager is bumbling and indescribably rude. He should be relieved of his duties. I can't believe people are lined up to get treated this poorly and for such lackluster food. Two of my three daughters ordered fried chicken meals and got chicken tenders! The worst restaurant I've ever been to. Definitely the worst customer service and obviously the worst management. I am stunned by how awful this place is. I didn't even mention the fries.... hope you weren't hungry, because you may only get about 12. Some orders I saw were overflowing with fries-where is the measurement system?! A 3 piece strip meal OVER $10 and NO drink with terrible service. Next time, I'll go to Culver's and get a 4 piece with a full fry and drink, complete with smiling faces, all for the same price. DO NOT GO HERE, you...

Where to begin… this has undoubtedly been the worst experience I’ve had here outside of all the other not so good visits. I came through drive thru and ordered 2 sandwiches (one of which was a large combo), a large side of beans and rice, and a large chicken strip combo with large mashed potatoes and soda. I get to the window to pay and I notice one of my drinks is a medium. I said something to the girl working who then said I had ordered a regular combo for the chicken strips and not a large. Whatever, after a 12 minute wait I was ready to just get my things and go home. Who cares if they screwed me out of a large soda I paid for. I got my things and was about to leave when I had the idea to check my order (because they almost ALWAYS GET IT WRONG!) when I noticed I was missing AN ENTIRE CHICKEN SANDWICH from my order. Really guys?! Anyways, I also noticed I had a large side of potatoes which doesn’t make sense because when I asked her about it she insisted I had a regular combo which is why I got a medium drink? Okay cool. I’ll just pull back around to go through the drive thru to get my sandwich. There’s only 2 cars ahead of me… I kid you not 25 MINUTES later I finally get to the window and have to remind them that I didn’t order anything and I just needed my missing sandwich. One of the other girls loudly declared that she has no idea what’s going on and doesn’t know where any of the sandwiches go. Another 7 minutes goes by and I finally get my sandwich to go home. But the best part was that by the time I got home all my food was cold. Oh also, THERE WAS A HAIR IN THE CHICKEN STRIPS! I am so sick of the terrible service here and the lack of care that goes into everything. Every time I’m inside getting an order the lobby is dirty or looks like it has a thin layer of grease on all the tables. I know to expect horrible service every time I go there so I always double check my orders and they get it wrong about 80% of the time. I wish I didn’t have to go to this location but it’s the only one nearby.

Save your time. Don’t waste 44 minutes just to get the wrong food with hair in it. Completely...
