Burger King — Restaurant in Evansville

Normally this is my preferred BK. But today on 6/26 at around 1PM.... The crew just isn't on the ball. Had to pull up after the drive thru window to wait on fresh fries... No biggie. Get my order, head across the street to the gas station to eat before I get gas.

Open my burger up, and it's a regular Whopper when I ordered a double. Go back and get my order right, and boy.... The crew making the orders almost seems in a panic. You're just making some burger guys, calm down. I know it's 'fast' food but that don't mean Jack if your quality is suffering

So I get my double Whopper I actually ordered ... Man this thing is just smothered in mayonnaise, the bun torn and the edges looked like it had been drug through a dirty counter where you prepare the meat.

I ordered online which is really my favorite through the Burger King app. This was my first time ordering for this store. Their drive through was really steady so I assumed they were busy. I stood up front for a minute or so because they were working on their orders when I was acknowledged they were already in the process of making my order. I thought I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches (which are amazing!!) when I only ordered one. I went to the truck and realized there was only one spicy I took them back inside and realized I had only ordered one. They remade both sandwiches as spicy and allowed me to keep the other two. I was extremely blessed by their service and even fixed an issue that was my fault!!! I appreciate the above and beyond customer...

When I pulled up, I had a minor situation occur in my van. Upon exiting my vehicle, I looked to my left and noticed a caucasian employee wearing a black with white and pink stripes jack, orange shirt, with black pants, hair pulled back into a ponytail, smoking a vape and filming me on her phone. I DO NOT appreciate being filmed. Especially without my proper consent. It is creepy, weird, and just plain insane to do! It happened at the Burger King off of Green River Road and Menard's drive.
