Ordered variety of stuffs to check out the place
Opened first item
24pc wings - It's $60+. Was expecting to be nice fully covered sauce and flavor but soon as I opened wings, they give you sauce in only 1/10 filled up in 2oz cup per 12 pcs. Was pissed off when item opened and naked chicken with little seasoning on the side. If you charging $60+ for 24pcs of wing, please dont go cheap.
Hot dog - regular chicken sandwich and hot dog, price difference is only $3. I was expecting maybe its only bun difference. But they chopped off almost more than half of chicken patty what regular chicken sandwich has. Still pissed off but food is food. So started munching and I looked at the food, I pissed off I see red spot and brown spot in patty which chicken breast or fully cooked shouldn't have. (See photo)
Chicken+pasta - This type of food and picture showing, was expecting like Jollibee kind sweet flavor asian style pasta. Soon as I took a bite, flavor is like Ragu tomato paste with some more salt in it. Chicken pieces are pretty much from left over chopped off from chicken sandwich patties to trim. What I paid for, it was not worth it. I pissed off (4th times)
Chicken sadwich - This is main item from store. It was the most normal one for what I ordered. If I ever crave food from here, I would just only get this item. But experience so far, I don't think I will come back again.
Before I order, I was very hyped up excitement about this place. But after non stop disappointments, my system no longer want to share or recommend the...
Read moreIf you're looking for chicken that's fresh, hot, and seasoned to perfection, look no further—this place clucks all the right boxes! From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with a bright, open space that feels as welcoming as the friendly staff. Oh, and let’s talk about the food—crispy, juicy, and served faster than you can say “extra sauce, please!” The portions are generous enough to leave you waddling out like a satisfied penguin, and the flavor? Chef’s kiss!
But wait, there’s more! The menu is a paradise for both sweet and savory cravings. Shakes, smoothies, teas, and even a station where you can self-heatingly flex your ramen skills—what more could you want? They’ve truly leveled up the space from what Heaven Sent was doing here. It’s like Heaven got a brand-new pair of sneakers and started running the place.
Free parking? Check. Handicapped accessible? Absolutely. Wallet-friendly? Well, let’s just say it’s not exactly a dollar menu, but trust me, the quality and portions make every cent worth it. Whether you're here for a quick bite or an indulgent meal, this spot is worth the visit.
Pro tip: Come hungry, leave happy, and maybe even roll home with leftovers if you can resist devouring everything in one sitting. Five stars, and I’ll...
Read moreAte here with wife and we both have stomache after. Both of us were pooping water, with this alone we probably won’t go back. It’s kinda disappointing since I was really looking forward to a fried chicken place so to home. We’re still pooping badly on day 2 and have headaches.
Choice of chicken there is no thigh or leg, only breast and tender and wings. Prices are on par with other Korean fried chicken places but other places look nicer and in nicer parts of town. So I expected this to be a little cheaper. Other places also have thigh and legs. This might be a cost saving thing that they carry less chicken choices.
In terms of flavor, spicy and sweet has more sweet than actual flavor missing the gochujang flavor. I think everything is a bit overly sweet including the sauces and drinks. Chicken breast was dry, nothing too impressive but makes sense since it’s breast, not thigh. It’s just not better or worse than any other generic place in better side of town with better decor. However for a Korean fried chicken place, I feel like this is easy to beat.
The interior doesn’t look like it renovated much. It’s a newer place but doesn’t look new, probably didn’t change much from the previous fried chicken place. The...
