LATEST OPINION: 8/2025 Tonight we had the absolute BEST pizza of all time! It was so tasty, perfectly cooked, it can not get better then it did tonight!! All the ingredients are fresh! The onions taste like onion and are not mushy, same for the mushrooms and olives! So good I wish I could of eaten more, but it will be good heated up in the air fryer later tonight or tomorrow! If you want Great pizza you have to try Silver Lake Pizza, They are the best pizza I've found locally. I was going to leave 4â at first because for pizza and salad, it's a little spendy, but then I thought about how good and fresh all the ingredients are and it i realized it's definitely worth a 5â rating! This ingredients don't come cheap so it's is quality you can taste, hands down silver lake pizza's got it! From the crispy, soft crust to the amazingly flavorful sauce to the best cheese I've ever tasted and finally the toppings which if you really want my opinion are not needed! The crust, sauce and cheese are so on point i personally think any thing else takes away from these flavors, but to each his own. The meats are top notch and not cheap cuts, the veggies are fresh, taste and appear to be hand cut and not olive or mushrooms out of a can, just ask around fantastic! I've had the submarine sandwich, which is just as great as the pizza and the ceaser salad nd house salads are delicious as well! The only thing I would say i don't like but doesn't warrant the removal of a whole â nd you can't give half stars, is their ranch dressing. Unfortunately it's not good at all, I think it's hidden valley𤢠which sucks seeing as how well pizza crust and ranch go together! If they made in house ranch, like Spartas Pizza in Lynnwood (I've driven there just for 2 pints of ranch that's how good their ranch is!) They'd be the pentical of pizza's houses!!!
EDIT: 3/2025 So this has been our favorite go to pizza the past few years. We ordered so often our teenage boys would say, ( pizza again!) đ My husband ND I are both 90's kids who I guess growing up watching the turtles we like pizza now than the fallowing generations?? That our our kids are just weird!đ Unfortunately the last 3x we've gotten pizza it's not been up to their usual standards. We do special order nd when it's right it's unbeatable but when it's wrong it's horrible and angering as it's at least a $40 pizza! To much sauce causes my husband ulcers to flare, it's quite simple to fallow the directions, just easy sauce, and an extra done bake. Sloppy pizza is not appealing to us at all, you should never feel the need to use a fork to eat pizza!! Anyways, unfortunately after 3x it would just be stupid on my end to think it'll go back to what it once was and waste any more money on pizza that will go in the trash! If I were getting little ceasers for $10, then it's a you get what you pay for, but I don't feel I'm getting what I've paid for hence we can't be returning customers, it also sucks bc this is a small local business, I really hate not supporting my community but like I said, you have to get what you pay for and this is too much to not...
Read moretl;dr - Silverlake's pizza is topped very generously, but the ratios are off and the crust is a real weakness.
If you're familiar with Romio's, you'll be pretty familiar with Silverlake. To be sure, there are some differences, but, for the most part, this is an identical pizza to what you would've received at one of the old-school Romio's locations.
There were quite a lot of toppings on the pizza I received and their quality was excellent. The cheese portion was similarly generous. Unfortunately, the excellent flavor of the sauce (the best part of this pizza) was completely overwhelmed. Expecting this, I asked for double-sauce and was still disappointed.
The pizza's crust, though, is its weak point. It's mostly flavorless and extremely floppy, despite the relatively overcooked nature of the pizza. So even as a vehicle for the cheese and other toppings, it fails. When you pick up a slice (even after letting it cool for awhile) expect the toppings to come cascading off the pie as the tip of the slice collapses. These slices require two hands or a knife and fork.
Despite my problems with the pizza, it was priced fairly and was a good value. My $25 bought a lot of pizza and leftovers for a couple of days.
The service at the restaurant was quick, professional, and friendly. No complaints at all.
BOTTOM LINE: Silverlake is worth a visit if you're close. Otherwise, make a short drive to one of the better pizzerias in the...
Read moreThe manager David delivered my food after about an hour of waiting. We received the chicken wings burnt. A few minutes after the manager dropped off our order he knocked on the door again and requested part of the order back in exchange for a bag that he had in his hand. Stating that he had given us the wrong order and needed to correct the mistake. This is during the ongoing covid-19 pandemic... I had another customer's food in my house for some time before giving it back. And I sure hope my food hadn't been handed to somebody else before it got to me!
Furthermore after calling the restaurant they refused to issue a refund even when we offered to send them pictures. They wanted to send the manager back out to our location.... So we can explain ourselves? If you think your customers are trying to rip you off get out of business.
I will not be spending a dime here again nor will I encourage anyone else to do so. Pending follow up with restaurant ownership and higher level management, I may be reporting this the Snohomish county health district for further review.
Furthermore the manager came back looking for a fight. Wanted the food as evidence...even after we offered pictures. Talked down to my wife. I'm...
