I need a manager to read this asap - This is for the cashier there - when you have customers you are assisting who DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HECK they want asking you various questions and you are answering, laughing, answering laughing, answering laughing again while I was behind them waiting, you should quickly come to me as a customer - ask me what I would like and quickly run back to them and assist them. They seem to not know what they want whatsoever.
There was another girl there cutting strawberries who told me "one sec" like two times. I waited patiently after those two times then I've had enough because the girl talking to the two men literally saw me waiting behind them and didn't say a word ! I finally walked out. Plus there is a girl in there who always bites her nails and who rarely use gloves. I didn't see her there today but I've caught her a couple of times serving people behind the counter like that. When I do come in and she is there, it just so happened what I ask is a slice of cake and she uses that same hand to grab the cake by the corner of the sheet. Still and all, I keep supporting you guys because I know having a business is tough. I don't know what it is - maybe you guys feel as if you guys have "so much" customers, you don't have time to be fair. You guys just go back and forth like the wind.
I've seen at times you guys change attitudes with people who aren't your race/nationality. I ignore it and keep supporting even though I am not your nationality because it's not about just supporting people who are from your country. It's about positive energy all around, hoping it will get better and support businesses in small neighborhoods. I didn't want to write this comment on here but the attitudes in there and the no courtesy in there pushed me to it and this must be heard !
KNOW HOW TO TREAT ALL NATIONALITIES EVENLY AND NOT JUST YOUR OWN KINDS ! YOU JUST LOST A HUGE ORDER FOR A KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY. I WILL NEVER COME THERE AGAIN.
You guys may say who cares but the truth is one day, just one day you will see how if you stayed true with great customer service, more money will be made. This comment is not to disrupt anyone or get anyone fired but the girls in there needs to be trained much better. Additionally, the comments I see here that are great are from people from your country or who are pale skin toned as yourselves. Know where you guys stand in life because if a customer comes in - no matter what race, color, clothes they're wearing, etc you should treat them the very same. I hope management takes time to maybe rewind the cameras today and makes some sense to what happened. I know you guys have potential to customer service better. If I didn't believe that, I wouldn't be coming often at all but today I've had it.
If this was your mother, family speaking who had this experience at a bakery, all of you would say "Ewww" or " Oh no ! don't go back" NONE OF YOU WOULD LIKE IT SO take into consideration of each customers walking into your business.
