The Pup Park on Chelsea — Attraction in Everett

It is a pretty nice park with good seating but BEWARE if you have a small dog with a flight risk. The singular gate isn’t that secure as it is, but there’s a decent sized gap between the gate and post. Any dog probably 30 pounds or less could surely fit through. There was also a few lighters and cigarettes on the ground I had to toss out? Like cmon people there’s trash cans both inside and directly outside this park. There’s definitely potential here and this area really needs a good dog park so maybe it could be improved in the future if people take better care of it and utilize it. We brought our dogs here this afternoon. To our disappointment the park has a strong smell from not picking up after their dogs. The park was covered with cigarette butts and garbage. It is the kind of park that had potential to be a safe fun place for us to bring our dogs. Please be aware if you bring your pup there watch out...
