Chrisillas Restaurant — Restaurant in Everett

I’ve been living in the Everett area for a few years now and since day one I have eaten from Christillas. Their food tastes real good & authentic, one of the best of its kind in the area, in my opinion. But the reason for giving only 2 stars though is because their service really sucks & I have gotten sick twice after eating their food. The first time I ever ordered from there I got the 4 cheese Tortellini and within 20 mins of eating half of it I was extremely ill for the next 24 hours. One of the worst stomach bugs of my life! The second time I order a few different things, so I’m not sure which did it but after about 35-45 minutes I had the same symptoms as prior. I have never had stomach issues or issues from food ever before or anywhere else. Once I stopped eating at Christillas I never experienced that again. I let those slide though & after about a year or not eating there I decided to give it another try. I went inside, straight to the counter to order & was greeted by a woman in her late 20s, early 30s. She was busy packing up some order so I politely waited. After about 8 minutes of still waiting (no other customers & no orders at that time now either) I was fiddling with my phone when I got squished up against the counter to the point I couldn’t move. It was the delivery driver who just walked through the door & without saying a word opened the soda case behind me which is already extremely close to the counter (looks so close a wheelchair wouldn’t fit through) he squeezed himself between me & the soda case door, pinning me against the counter. He never appologize or anything, just went on talking to the cashier woman. After about 15 minutes while still waiting to be acknowledged & order, two teens came in. Immediately they were greeted & asked what they wanted to order. I was patient enough. The cashier knew I was waiting to order, I even had my debit card. Other than hello & glancing at me occasionally, she never acknowledged me. I actually was planning on making a large order of around $70 too. I was so upset at that point I grunted & just said wow you got to be kidding me, you completely lost my business and walked out. I am baffled by this...

Walked in and ordered a Greek salad with chicken. The girl behind the register was very friendly..unfortunately for me she was so friendly that she got distracted and had me waiting for 20 minutes while she and her coworker ate and chatted. Another man caught on and asked her to hand me the salad. I was waiting for food that was in the window and ready. Glad her free meal was more important than my business. That aside, the salad wasn't good. All the lettuce was yellow and still in wedges from being cut. A bunch of black sliced olives were thrown across the top, along with chunky wedges of super hard and crunchy tomatoes. The chicken was strips of very dry, oddly seasoned chicken. The pita had an after taste of plastic almost, I dont know if it's how they are stored, but it wasn't right...

The pizza here was fantastic!! Stopped on our way home from Encore. A small pizza had 6 huge slices!!! I would say it was probably a 16”.

Got spinach, mushrooms, and onions and all the veggies were fresh, but it definitely could have used more. Be careful if you’re considering ordering extra cheese, because it’s already LOADED with cheese. 👍

The employees were nice and the pizza came out pretty quickly. I don’t remember how much it was though. I’d say probably average, because I would definitely recall if it were unusually cheap or expensive.
